We ordered 5th Feb 26 3 items, delivery was not received until 23rd Feb, 1 item was missing (the most expensive piece).
We advised them of this on the same day and were told that a replacement would be sent out.
Today (21st March)i have asked for an update on the replacement item as it has not yet been received, we have now been told its not available and advised to choose a replacement at the same cost.
I'm sorry to say i have no confidence in then nor do i have any patients left to wait any longer.
I have asked for a refund.
Dont know how long this will take!!

The quality was terrible
First of all it took 2 months to receive my order and then when I received it the quality was terrible. It didn’t look like the photo, it looked rusty, the stone was much smaller and honestly as someone who did a once week course on jewellery design the item I ordered didn’t feel like something well designed and cut. There were many sharp edges like a knife and I’m never ever going to wear it. Their team also replies with very long winded emails that don’t offer a solution.

I have ordered 2 necklaces order 2368 and it has been over a month and none of them arrived. I contacted the website daily and noone is getting back tome. I feel like I have been scammed for $50, I cant get refund, or the product not even answer to my email . Not sure what to do at this point but I will not be recommending this store to anyone. I would like my money back or the product I ordered.

I placed an order and they sent me a cheap, flimsy set of jewelry that looks nothing like the pictures. I took a chance because they made it appear like they were local, and if the worst happened, I could make an easy return. Their warehouse is in China. Please do not fall for this place. When I informed them, they tried to charge me $35 to refund a purchase of $69.95. I sent pictures of the incorrect product. The website even states that they will replace the incorrect product for free. They offered me credits to purchase more hideous jewelry. Also, they have fake Trustpilot reviews on their site - one which mentions a jacket. I guess this one is on me for not paying more attention. Hopefully this review helps someone else.
