Very bad customer service, sent 2 emails no response they do not stand by their money back guarantee, I had a reaction to the mascara my eczema flared up round my eyes, I used the product once and the other unused asked for return details and nothing, the mascara does not come off does not do what they say it does, so would not recommend this product false advertising and so will now go to the ombudsman and report this company and let them get my refund on my behalf

I ordered the mascara on May 28. Since June 7, I’ve been told that the order is delayed, even though it’s already in the Netherlands. And the Netherlands really isn’t that big. They’re not responding to my emails. The customer service is really poor. It’s probably going to be a real hassle to get the product or get a refund, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Feels good and looks great. Easy to get professional results

I ordered this viral mascara it was bogo. It did not curl or exaggerate my lashes like advertised. Instead it irritated my eyes causing them to get really red where the white areas are. I contacted customer service via email as that is the only way to do so.

They responded and said they could offer me 10% of my order back($3.72) if I prefer to keep the item or return it back to them(I cover the cost of shipping) for a refund. Now I have asked numerous times, if I were to choose the second option how much would I get back on my credit card. I am not responding to a bot for the 7th time that just repeats

Once approved, you should see the refund reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days. If you have any questions in the meantime, just let us know."

Mind you I did not choose an option yet. I wanted to weigh out my options to find out how much I would get back if I returned the unused item. I paid shipping etc so I wanted to see if that would be refunded as well. I can't believe such a simple question is so difficult to answer from a human. Yet I get "Sarah" some automated bot that keeps responding with the same repeated message. It's beyond frustrating!!!

6/17/2026: Update to review. A real person finally responded to me and apologized about my experience with their ai bot response. They offered me a full refund once I return the item when I cover the return shipping. I will be returning it and we shall see. I will update my review upon completion of the refund.

6/18/2026: Update to review. I will raise a star to 3 stars, since I was able to get in touch with a real human being there. They apologized for the AI customer service support and acknowledged the error on their behalf. They offered me 100% my money back, which I appreciate. Most of time, other companies just never get back to you and you're stuck disputing these kind of things with your credit card company. I'm glad I did not need to go through all that. So I definitely appreciate that there was a real person to handle these kind of situation that happens behind the scenes. Thank you for honoring the error and fixing things to make it right. For reference to anyone reading this, there was nothing wrong with the mascara. I just have really sensitive eyes and have been on an on-going search for a mascara that my eyes can handle. I am still searching. I wish I knew what it was that I am so sensitive too. But most ingredients are all different on all mascaras so its just taking a risk with trial and error. Overall this is a real company and not a scam. I was skeptical at first with some of the reviews. But good luck, its a nice mascara if I wasn't allergic.

I love this mascara! It’s amazing makes my lashes look longer and it’s super waterproof!!!

This did not do anything for me except clump my lashes. They stayed completely straight, wouldn’t keep a curl. I attempted to curl them with a lash curler and it just got clumpy and fell after while. Not impressed. But I do have long, thin and stubborn lashes. I had really high hopes. Unfortunately didn’t work as advertised for me.

Absolutely awful!!!

I ordered this mascara after seeing hundreds of positive reviews, but when I finally tried it, it turned out to be the worst mascara I have ever used.
It doesn’t curl my lashes, it barely adds any color, and it feels more like glue than mascara. When I tried to build up the color and thickness, it started sticking my eyelashes together and turned into a complete mess.
To make matters even worse, I tried an oil cleanser, micellar water, a cleansing balm, and even soap to remove it, but nothing worked. It was incredibly difficult to take off and made the whole experience even more frustrating.
I honestly don’t understand all the positive reviews because my experience was extremely disappointing. Total waste of money!!!

I really didn’t think this mascara would be any good but it is brilliant. I really don’t understand how it works so well due to the tiny metal brush stick but it does a fab job giving lift & length. It stays on all day & does not even smudge.
I am glad I purchased it, I would highly recommend it.

This stuff actually works and I am pretty impressed with it. Started May 2 and by May 30rh results were visible. Longer lashes and less falling lashes. I'm a stomach she side sleeper so this is huge for me. it won't let me post a picture

The mascara really enhanses my lashes without looking unnatural. Separates and no clumps! Brilliant!!

good but had some trouble to make the lashes curl with the wand. Have to use the curl device first before using the wand.

I love this product. It came in a reasonable time and I was updated along the way. It makes my lashes look much longer and they curl way easier.

I ordered the Curling Iron Mascara, but it arrived completely unsealed, without any plastic wrap or hygiene sticker. As this is a cosmetic product used near the eyes, receiving an unsealed item is unacceptable and unsafe.
When I contacted customer service for a refund due to this exact issue, I was informed that the customer must pay for the return shipping. It is extremely disappointing that the company does not take responsibility for shipping items without basic hygiene seals. I strongly advise against buying from them.

I have been trying different mascaras for 6 years. Every brand comes out with new mascaras that use some new phrase and packaging to catch you attention. I found out about Olivia Blare from my best friend. She said to me: "I found the mascara to end all mascaras" and she was right. I love how there is no brush. I'm one of those girls who always finds a way to poke myself in the eye with my mascara brush and then suddenly I have mascara all over my face. With no bristles in the way, you can get right up close to your lash line and cover each lash and lift your lashes. It's super buildable and just makes my lashes look amazing. 100000000/10 :)

This mascara is awesome! It doesn’t clump or cake, and keeps lashes curled all day. I love the brown with my blue eyes, and the black is great for a bolder look. It is hard to remove-regular makeup remover doesn’t cut it-I have waterproof mascara remover on order so hopefully that works better 🤞🏻

This is absolutely the best mascara I have ever tried, and at 59yrs old, I have tried them ALL!!
It applies product to EVERY lash; it NEVER flakes or smudges once dry (even after TWO days); and it perfectly preserves the curl in my lashes from my lash curler.
This stuff is AMAZING!!!
