Purchased a dog lamp for present for Christmas and when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the advertisement, the body of the dog in my opinion looks cheap moulded plastic and the colours were faded the legs and stomach of the dog did not light up at all. I did attempt to return the item but sadly they were not interested as I had purchased in October as a gift for Christmas and it was not opened until Christmas morning. All in all very very poor quality in my opinion and a terrible experience overall which has left me out of pocket.

Complete scam. I’m in the process of trying to understand where and how to return an item. So far they’ve avoided the question and offered a 30% return.

The items are not as described. Please don’t be fooled by the cute ads. They even have the cheek to put the original sticker on the box so it’s even easier to tell you e got an inferior product.

It’s a shame as it’s put me off using small businesses.

the lamps are not like advertised they are plastic and extremely cheap looking, they will not refund and offer 15% refund only.

Avoid this company at all costs! Advertised as a family business who is closing down and selling hand made, glass, animal designs. I ordered two, both cats and can only describe them as hideous, appalling pieces of tat. Plastic rubbish, fit for the bin. I had even contacted them prior to purchasing to confirm they were located in the UK and were told that yes they were. Later when I chased my order due to the delay, they admitted that their products are shipped from Asia. I am so angry and feel that I was really taken in by their advert which is just misleading in every sense of the word. I have contacted them asking them to reimburse or I will be taking this further. Absolutely furious.

Don't buy from this company, I ordered what I thought was a daschund. Looks nothing like one and it looks rubbish. They offered me £4.49 refund! I will be going through my credit card company to get a refund

This company fools you into thinking its lamps are hand crafted by them, when in fact the lamp I purchased is cheap tat made somewhere in Asia. I asked the company to confirm the lamp is “hand crafted” as per their advertisement but they have avoided answering this question because they must know their ad is a lie. Do not buy from this company, my purchase is just fit for the bin!

This company is a complete con claiming to be closing down, which they are not and selling cheap and nasty lamps at greatly inflated prices.
I bought what was supposed to be a border collie lamp which, when it arrived from Asia, didn't resemble a border collie at all and was a very nasty piece of rubbish fit only for the bin.
The company stated that I could return it at my expense to somewhere in Asia.
They then offered a miserly discount which they the upped to %40.
The problem lies completely with the Olivyne and not me but they won't offer me a complete refund!
AVOID this scam company at all cost. They are scam merchants!!
