Amazing site and fabulous customer support.
Large variety of products and helpful staff.
This company has such a low rate customer service that it is unbelievable. The product that I ordered was delayed a lot- 4 weeks from purchase and the reduction they advertise to be given in case of delay will be valid for next purchase only(!). This information was given to me today after many emails over two weeks time, and they still would not give me the tracking number nor when my order will arrive. Terrible customer service. Olla.gr never again. (My order was placed in the first week of November)
