I am very pleased with the quality of Ollie meals. Great selection of food choices. My cavapoochon, Coco loves the Turkey and Blueberries meals. Her very favorite treats are the salmon and coconut, I definitely can’t run out of them.

Otis loves his food! He will not touch anything else if we run short. His health is perfect and his breath always smells fresh. He's a very happy boy! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product.

I have been using Ollie for the last month and have nothing but great things to say about the company, the dog meals and the customer service. My dog needs to lose a little weight but has been on steroids due to a back issue, IVDD. Trying to get the right diet organized is tricky and all the correspondence with Ollie has been so informative, helpful and understanding to my dogs situation. The fact that they have veterinarians to help and veterinary technicians is incredibly helpful getting organized with your dogs diet, especially if you worry about your dog like I do!
I think they offer a great service, my dog really enjoys the meals. The meals are delivered frozen, packed with dry ice and insulated to keep the food frozen and secure during transport.
I am so happy I decided to use Ollie, there’s always a slight bit of trepidation trying new companies and especially as I have not purchased dog food like this before but it exceeds my expectations and I thoroughly recommend their products and the additional help and service they provide. 10/10.

Customer service was very polite in their response to what I saw as a problem. In retrospect I think I was too hasty in my decision. I am going to donate the delivery to our local rescue as I told Ollie I would. After all Ollie is going to refund my money. Then I will wait awhile and try to order from Ollie for my 17 yr old chi mix. He has only two teeth in his mouth (most lost before I adopted him) and Ollie's packs of food looked like something he could eat. I am in my 80's and I hope Ollie will forgive me.

I knew when to expect it and even though it was a warm day, the dry ice was still VERY cold and I was able to get it all in my freezer quickly. It is nice to have my Order delivered where I asked it to be. The timing was great as I have only one more serving before I needed to thaw a package.

I had an overall great experience, chatting with someone from Ollie. They were informative and helpful and made me feel comfortable making the switch to a different diet plan for my dog. I am
looking forward to receiving the food in the mail and seeing how much she loves it.
I feel like there weren’t any hidden fees or costs and that I was made aware of and I knew of everything I would receive and be charged for today and moving forward.
It was a really easy simple, straightforward process. If you are looking for an easy way to feed your dog I recommend to go through Ollie for your dog’s happiness and health!

We have been feeding our boy “Rodney” Ollie’s fresh food for 2 years and he loves it. Customer Service is absolutely the best, regardless of problem or questions. Rodney had some recent medical issues which necessitated feeding chicken & rice for a couple weeks. Ollie’s gladly temporarily stopped our shipments during that time. When Rodney’s regular food was needed, just an email ( on a Saturday!) got the delivery started and we received his food in perfect timing. The food is always fresh and the timing of deliveries top notch. I am impressed with this business.

My dog(s), I say dogs because even my Boxer is obsessed so much he tries to steal it from my “golden weenie” (golden retriever dachshund mix), who Ollie is for. All it takes is opening the package & they go crazy! I love how much they love their Ollie food. Lifetime customers over here!

I have zero trust in this company. Not only do they take about 48 hours to respond to emails, but I've now emailed four times since Wednesday and asked to have my subscription canceled and they don't respond. To top it all off, the first box of food was delivered late last night and because they are dumb and they sent it ground shipping from Oklahoma with nothing but ice packs (or at least what used to be ice packs) The package had been warm for long enough that the ice packs were empty and the water had completely evaporated. It takes quite a while for something like that to happen so now I am certain they do not care about the quality of their food. Best part? the packages were very warm which is disgusting and now we have all of this food that we have to throw away which is such a waste. Here's an idea geniuses, send everything in dry ice like most companies. The fact that you guys charge twice the amount of farmer's dog and don't bother sending it with care is yet another reason why I'm going to keep this review up here so that other people are aware of what they are about to get into before they send you guys any money.

I was using Farmer's dog and pretty happy with it but I heard Ollie was quite good and thought it might be fun to try but wow what a huge mistake and huge waste of time and money. Supposedly they were open yesterday when I tried to contact them and never got a response and now I have to wait until Tuesday because they are closed tomorrow and Monday. If I don't hear back from them by Tuesday and I do not get a full refund and confirmation my subscription was canceled, I'm going to do a charge back through my bank.

In the meantime, I recommend staying far away from this company. I have no idea how their score is 4.6 when I have had by far the worst experience with their website and their customer service. Also the fact that you cannot cancel online and you have to contact them to do. It should have told me that they were a scam. Most companies where you can sign up online allow you to cancel online. It only makes sense. Please do better people?

Edit: after reading many one star reviews, it's obvious that they are a predatory company and are very much against people canceling. It makes sense as to why they responded within 24 hours to any of my questions that were not related to cancellation but the moment I asked to cancel crickets. Please do not trust this company. They are not worth your time or your money. I'm really disappointed that I fell for their promises. 😟

Shane at Ollie was available on the phone to help me problem solve. I was so surprised to get a real person who picked up immediately. That doesn’t happen anymore. He made suggestions and I was able to change my dog’s feeding routine. No hidden costs, just solutions!

EXCELLENT food, but even more important, Fantastic customer service. Very personalized with individuals who actually WANT to help you resolve issues.
