I had a repair done on my front door and in my toilet by Chris Hammond absolutely over the moon with how well they was done and what a lovely hard working man so well mannered and cheerful 😀

Ellen and Jake are a great team they work fantastically over and above their job, saved me when my bag split in the road they jumped up safe my milk saved me and my food and I am so grateful they also work so well within this community over and above what they need to do always excellent work excellent people lovely people to be around well done

Plumber Brad B came around this afternoon. Very polite and excellent service provided. Would recommend 100%.

Came in for a repair work for a door and also looked at another job for me.

He didnt have the correct bolt however still managed to secure the Bench I needed

After my experience with Ollie group as a company I would never recommend them.

The office staff are rude Specifically Jake the manager. This man should not be allowed to speak with customers.

This company failed to complete the full job. The plasterers were good. But they company very unprofessional they struggle to coordinate a simple small project.

Their scheduling is poor, and seamless process is not something they provide. They cant seem to connect different parts of a job.

A Simply job requiring the plastering painting and skirting board fitting for 1 wall.

They were given 5 full days over a 3 week period to complete this work.

But they could not coordinate allocating the appropriate work man at the right days and times, arranging and supplying materials and actually doing the work in schedule.

Dont waste your time on this company.

The work men are good at what they do and this review is definitely not a reflection of their skill.

but is a direct review of a poorly functioning company that act as if there are doing their customers a favor. This company seems to be run by people who are inexperienced in project work, have a lack of organisation, scheduling is a mess and totally unprofessional company!!

It is clear this is a family run company with a poor level of customer care , satisfaction or even respect.

For you own private jobs, Avoid them at all costs.

I don't care for you reply your company is o ly bother because I made this review. Prior to this you were dismissive and refused to finish the job.

Total waste of time providing your response. As I said I have and will continue to advise all potential customers to avoid oillie group at all cost. And I recommend poplar harca commission a new contractor that value the customers whose money pays them

Les and Terry have spent all week here painting my hallway stairs and landing and I’ve got to say the work they have done is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with their work. Everything was explained as to what and when they would do things and the standard of their work is superb. Nothing was too much for them

Tony did a fantastic job painting our garden door. The finish is flawless, and the door looks great ! He was punctual, tidy, professional, and completed the work exactly as promised.

Cristea & Terry both attended to fix several fence panels & posts that needed replacing. Both completed job to a good standard & were very pleasant throughout

I am extremely happy with the plumber u call young Brad he came to my flat on a routine call out about a over flow issue in the bath room. Well it turned out to be quite a mission for him 😄 I did end up with a big hole in my celing 😲BUT that was not brads fault it turns out I also had a leak under the bath so young Brad fixed that as well.he is the nicest young man u have working for you he takes pride in his work and would not leave untill he knew all the problems have been dealt with.ge even came back the next day to make sure I had no more problems and then sorted out someone to come and fix my celing. So I give him 5 stars and you should give him a raise.

I would like to write a big great thank you to new Bradley who did a fantastic job of installing a new bath in my home. His customer care and approach was so kind, friendly and compassionate towards my situation that had been stressing me out for some time. He was professional, extremely well mannered and honestly a joy to have around during the duration of the work undertaken. Thank you for a lovely job well done. My family and I can now enjoy the new bath. 10/10

Be very afraid should you engage with Olli Construction (Olli Group E16). Expect months of disruption, inconvenience, dishonesty, poor build quality, stress and frustration.

After several years of inaction from Notting Hill Genesis Housing Trust (The Trust), Olli Construction were contracted by The Trust to rebuild a damaged garden wall and fence within my parent’s garden. The damage was caused by a tree residing in an adjacent property owned by the Trust.

September 2021 : Work started. The damaged garden wall and fence were both removed. The replacement wall was partly built before work was halted when we noticed that the workmanship and build quality was abysmal. The bricklayers were told to take their tools and leave. Also note, the builders had been taking advantage of my elderly parents by using their home as a base/changing room and going off to other jobs.

A representative from Olli Construction came to inspect the wall and tried to convince us that the wall was level and the build quality acceptable. However, a Surveyor from The Trust stepped in and said that the build quality was way well below the expected standard. The partly built wall would have to be completely removed. Anyone looking at the wall would instantly tell you that the build quality was unacceptable – apart from Olli Construction.

November 2021 : After further delay, work restarted in November and Olli Construction sent a second team of brick layers to remove the partly built wall and build the new wall. However, after two days, the team did a runner and did not come back.

December 2021 : Third time lucky? Olli Construction sent another team of bricklayers, and the wall was hastily completed. Better build quality but not totally perfect. Further work required to rectify some uneven bricks prodding out, poor cement finishing, thick layer of cement on soil bedding etc. The replacement fence is still outstanding.

It is now May 2022 and after several emails/telephone calls there had been zero communication from Olli Construction. We have no choice but to leave this review.
