Never received product after six weeks, no refund either!

Never received product after six weeks. Contacted company twice via their website - no response. Facebook messaged - they responded and said would refund, but no refund ever came. Product never came. Had to file chargeback with my credit card company. That is still pending. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company. They are unresponsive and do not deliver- but they do take your money!

Disappointing experience

Great, but logistics need to be improved.

Actually, I do not write reviews often, but i would like to share this experience! 

So, I ordered a set of collars for my puppies, but they never showed up. So, I have contacted Ollypet directly. They have apologized and offered to reship the order. 

In four days, I got my order and cute little charms as a gift for my pups. The service is good. Maybe they need to improve their logistic methods, but the overall experience was great! super friendly!

I ordered products 25 January 2022

I ordered products 25 January 2022. Sent email asking when would it be dispatched 2 February 2022. Have still not received items or an email saying items have been dispatched????

Do not purchase

Do not purchase . They do not respond to customers emails. I ordered Jan 4 th and it’s Feb 9 th . No refund . No product. Tracking shows it’s sitting in China.

prices are great

They have excellent products; my golden retriever enjoys the toys I purchased from them. I've already ordered from this company a few times with no problems.

Ollypet Store

Ollypet is great store to buy cute outfits and toys for your dog. The little dress I purchased is well made and adorable. They are one of the few shops that comments on social media posts which makes you feel part of the company. I’ve not met a company as friendly as them.
