Ottimo schema dietetico per il mio diabete
La dieta che seguo è ottima per la mia salute. Ho il diabete di tipo 2, e questa è l'unica dieta che riesce a mantenere i valori accettabili.
Ovviamente mi piacerebbe poter mangiare di più, ma è un regime controllato. Gli integratori aiutano molto, e costringono a bere molta acqua, che è un utile ausilio nella dieta.

la dieta oloproteica mi ha cambiato la vita, in quanto ho sempre sofferto di colon irritabile, addome gonfio e di reflusso grastroesofageo, problematiche che ho risolto con la dieta … inoltre riesco a tenere sotto controllo il grasso addominale … la qualità della mia vita è decisamente migliorata
