Excellent customer service! I emailed them with a question before I put my order in, and they responded back in under 20 minutes! Ordered immediately.

These are absolutely horrible. The middle part is coming off and I can see the white fabric on the inside where it’s supposed to be to cover. Sizing is off. And it’s past my return window but I never opened the package. These are so bad save your money.

I was on a hunt for a "camel toe proof" solution, after comparing many brands, Olora's unique design convinced me, and i couldn't be happier with the decision! It really does work, I finally feel confident wearing leggings at the gym. This is definitely a must have!
I has hesitant buying from a new brand but I received my order incredibly fast, plus the quality of the material is impressive, it's really soft.

About the customer service, i must say it is exceptional, i had a sizing issue with one pair but the team responded immediately and resolved the problem, plus they were very professional and kind.

Great experience. I bought a pack of six and unfortunately they were to small, I emailed Olora and they responded very quickly and extremely helpful. They offered to send me out a full replacement to ensure a more comfortable fit. This was very much appreciated. My order has been shipped now. Firstly I’d like the praise the customer service of Olora.
My order was delivered ( through no fault of mine of Oloras ) to the wrong address via loyal mail - who were ZERO help.
I contact Olora and they were incredibly kind, and helpful. After accepting my doorbell camera proof that it was absolutely NOT delivered to me, they very quickly got on to the situation and sorted it out for me. I received my order this morning.

The product is great and does exactly what they are advertised to do and I am sure I will much more confident when I am at the gym or wearing my gym gear in general.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Olora, and with the product too. Their underwear is lovely and seems to do exactly what they promised. I’ve only worn one of the thongs from my first order and it was very comfortable but slightly too big for me. I hadn’t properly checked with their sizing chart before ordering. But I have checked now and ordered a size down so hopefully that will fit better. I didn’t return the original order because I’m sure I’ll still wear the pants. I’m extremely impressed by the fantastic customer service offered by this company: they answer questions quickly and obviously read what you’ve asked about because every reply feels personal. Highly recommend Olora.

The customer service I received from Olora was truly exceptional. When I didn't receive an email confirmation, their team replied promptly, found my order, and even expedited the shipping. Later, when a style didn't fit, they quickly arranged to send me a new one for free. The team was consistently polite and empathetic throughout my interactions, making me feel heard and valued as a customer. This company clearly goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The quality of products are amazing. I bought 4 panties back in March, and seeing myself always reaching for them over the past few months, I just bought 4 more a few days ago. The customer service was awesome - I wanted the exact same pairs, so I asked support to send me my previous purchase order and they responded super quick. I found Olora while searching for the perfect invisible underwear for tight gym clothing. I was a little sceptical and thought - “surely, they must not be completely invisible, no underwear is..”

Happily, I was wrong!

The product is just as described and I can now wear my favourite gym outfit with no lines or cameltoe.
