The customer service team are absolutely incredible!!! The response time is super speedy.... They answer questions immediately! The underwear seems great, one small adjustment to my order was needed and the team jumped into action straight away to correct this for me. If you are worried to order from here then don't be! I've been so impressed with the customer service from Olora. I needed help tracking my delivery and then once it arrived realised I needed a larger size and the support team have been absolutely fantastic. They have replied quickly, been friendly and helpful, and have gone above and beyond. I already knew the underwear was great, comfortable with no vpl, but the customer service has made it even better.

Overall this is a good product provided by a lovely team!

Very comfortable and seam-free (great under gym leggings), though just be mindful of gusset width as I personally found it quite narrow for my body type, so the material moves around a little sometimes.

I’m still figuring out the best way to wash them to maintain their sturdy shape (I’d maybe advise hand wash I think), but most of the time I’m able to get everything into place and go about my day without concern.

Absolutely amazing the best workout underwear I’ve tried and believe me I’ve tried a lot ! Such a good company , fantastic quality and so comfortable highly recommend true to size too have both colours the nude and black and the quality is supreme !

Not only are thier underwear high-quality but so are like leggings! I’ve slowly been switching all my underwear to Olora and couldn’t be happier. Now I don’t have to worry about sweat or camel toe ever again in or out of the gym.

Great communication when I emailed them with a question. (Was worried I was ordering from the UK and they appeared to be an american company- was worried about import tax- but they said they dispatch from a UK warehouse). Got the gym thongs and they are great. Quick delivery.

This brand has gained a loyal and very happy customer, Why look anywhere else when this brand looks after their customers AND sells good quality products that match what they appear online, my order at first was not received due to negligence of delivery driver, when I let the store know they offered to re send my entire order for free as a gesture of good faith despite the parcel being delivered to my front door but stolen, you don’t come by small businesses like this anymore that are willing to look after their customers. I want to give a shout out to both the customer service team and the comfort of these products! I has a question about a recent order, which I raised in the evening via the Contact Us option, the team replied and resolved the matter by the time I was eating my breakfast the next day. I’ve ordered my second batch of products as they just work!

Wow!! Truly a perfect service after sell!! I had to make an exchange and instead of paying for the return, they told me to keep my order and they are sending me what I wanted!!!

Their customer service is top shelf! I received some underwear that didn’t quite fit right, asked if it was possible to exchange/return and they were so nice! Not only did they provide me with a different size without any hassles they said I could keep the originals and donate to someone who may be able to use them.

You’ve literally got nothing to lose!

I ordered a few pairs of underwear that were misdelivered by USPS and couldn’t be recovered. After emailing Olora support they were able to resend me my order and get everything sorted out in a timely manner. They were quick to respond and super friendly and understanding about the situation!

UPDATE: very quick reply and resolution from Olora. They’ve sent me the additional 3 items. Do size up though, and it may take a couple of uses to get used to the fit.

I have just received my order and found the thong quality to be okay but the gusset a bit narrow despite having sized up as suggested by other customers. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning/exchanging so will keep them. However, my main issue is that I purchased these in the Buy 3 Get 3 Free offer and have only received 3 items instead of ^ which makes this product really expensive for what it is.
