I ordered a lace front glueless wig 12" straight black, 180% thick and received a totally different item. The wig I received looks like an old fashioned wig. It is not straight and it is short. I have emailed them also emailed their return site. They offered a 20% return saying that they could do nothing because the item is good quality. The return policy clearly states you get a refund if the item is not as described, incorrect or not good quality. They will not correct this and they told me I have to pay for the return which is oversees. They are scammers. BEWARE! You will not get the item you paid for. SCAMMERS! The entire site is false advertisement. BEWARE!. There is not customer service, just an automated system. Also Beware of shop it off.com and unique styles.shop. They are the same company.
