Very happy now that we understand there is a new efficiency rating system in the EU.
We received our fridge today. Delivery was fast and the fridge arrived with no damage. Communication with the seller was very good. What we were disappointed with, is that we purchased the fridge believing that it was a fridge with a A++ rating. On opening up the fridge, and looking at the energy sticker, it has an E rating. This is really disappointing. We would not likely have purchased this fridge if we had known it had such a low efficiency rating. The information page for the item does not match the information that is found inside the items instruction booklet.
Update - after some research, it seems that there is a new rating system for electrical appliances in the EU. Although the fridge states that it has an E rating, this is based on the new system. In the old system it would have been an A++. Perhaps the company should just update their website to reflect the changes so that the consumer understands what the E rating now means.
