I ordered an Olumi ring light on December 17th and it still has not even shipped. All I am told is they are processing my order. I wonder whether it will ever arrive. I will try to get my money back.

Ordered and never received them. They don't reply to emails and their number isn't accepting calls. Now trying to get my money back.

Total scam. Last year I ordered 12 products in plenty of time for the holidays (according to their arrival estimate) but they would not ship. Seeing that items still had not shipped and were not going to get here in time for gift giving, I cancelled the order. Then they shipped them after I asked for confirmation of cancellation. They arrived in Jan past the holidays. I requested a return. They said they didn’t have ability to return but would give me a partial refund but they only refunded 2 of the 12 items. Many many emails. I filled out their fake customer service survey after each interaction. Reviews on website are also fake. Total scam. Even some gadget websites have cancelled carrying. Suggest ordering similar items from Amazon but Never from this OlumiRing Oluminate company!

I had a bad experience with this company not shipping the items I ordered. As a result, I started a dispute with my credit company. This company immediately contacted me and offered a 50% reduction on the order if I cancelled the dispute. Stupidly, I agreed. Guess what! Weeks later, the promised credit was never issued despite 5 inquiries. I can’t imagine how this company stays in business.

Placed an order for two oluminate rings December 14. FIVE WEEKS LATER, NO RINGS, NO SERVICE. NONSENSE OFFERS TO REDUCE PRICE. I've sent multiple messages to cancel the order and refund my account. Now I'll just contact my lawyer.

This seller is a scam. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and am told every week that it will ship in "3-5 days." I am embarrassed to have placed an order with this sham company. AVOID!!!!!

I wish I had read reviews before placing this order. Nothing received. Tracking number that they persistently provide returns no results. I have tried speaking to them and am getting nowhere. I will have to try to claim a refund through PayPal or the credit card ......really hacked off, but this serves as a reminder as we can get complacent about online purchasing.

Same as the other reviews. I got charged and never received the product. There is no way to reach anyone, and the email address given does not respond. THIS IS a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered this product on 12/8 for Christmas gifts. Was charged immediately but never received the items. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase. A total scam.

I ordered from The Grommet’s gift guide, like other reviewers. Should have checked here first. After ordering, I was notified the product wouldn’t ship for several weeks. As per the stated cancellation policy (24 hour window to cancel), I requested cancellation.

They wrote back ignoring my cancellation request and assuring me my order would be shipped as soon as possible. I demanded cancellation again and pointed out their cancellation policy in writing on their website. Again they sent me a form letter about preparing to ship my order. I repeated a third time that I am cancelling my order. They responded with a 50% discount offer.

By this time I had already filed a chargeback and contacted The Grommet. The Grommet responded to confirm they have removed Olumiring from their gift guide due to the company’s inability to fulfill orders.

May whoever came up with the policy of selling products they don’t have and ignoring cancellation requests get pubic lice for Christmas.

UPDATE: *after* being notified of my chargeback and provided proof that I requested cancellation within their 24-hour window for cancellation as stated on their website, they again tried to get me to accept a PARTIAL refund in exchange for withdrawing a chargeback I'm certain to win, rather than cancelling my order. Frankly, even pubic lice deserve better than these people.

My emails to their “Customer Service” team receive vague responses indicating they are actively “working to fulfill” my order. This is a scam and I’m very sorry I didn’t read the reviews first. Surprised The Grommet would feature this product without vetting the company.

Worst company for any communication.Tried for 2.5 weeks by sending emails to return product. Response was (repeatedly) they will get back to me in 48 hours. Not! No help as of today after sending another email. I have never experienced such negligence in all my purchases . It will be after 30 days if they ever contact me to help as the Original purchase was late January 2023. I would suggest avoiding this company as it appears they dont get back to you. I am stuck with 4 “O” rings!

I'm so disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered/paid up 9/28/22. As of today, no lights although someone on the email team guaranteed on 11/16/22 that I would receive my light in 3-5 days. No light. I requested a refund or tracking number. No response. I can't believe CBS and the other companies are allowing their brand to be used for a scam.

Ordered 3 and they came within 4 days. The light is super bright (almost too bright) at it's highest setting. I emailed the their support and they let me know that the light can be dimmed by clicking and holding, which is a must for anyone who purchased but didn't know about that functionality like myself.

Product isn't anything crazy but it definitely gets the job done and can't really be beaten for the price

Same issue here. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light. Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one. Still nothing received. Buyer BEWARE!

Total scam, bought in Nov 2021 and still have nothing. I have asked for a refund several times and they insist shipment is on the way. Total BS, avoid at ALL COSTS!

THIS IS A SCAM. Do not believe the positive reviews here - I’m sure they’re fake. I ordered a light in JULY 2021 and am still yet to receive it. I have tried emailing to request a refund to no avail. Although I did receive a response to one of my emails (about four months ago), and apparently they sent another light? Still not received… another three months later. Seriously, do not buy from these people. If it’s not a scam then they must simply be incompetent.

Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response—just automated emails. They have no working customer service telephone number. Avoid!

or be lied to with a fake shipping number
Now have been told there is a manufacturing stoppage. (I am not sure I believe)
Totally rip off avoid at all costs. - seeking legal advice and refund from credit card company - AVOID
