Have been waiting over a month for my order from vape juice direct. This is the worst delivery customer service I have ever received. Their response is contact our lawyers. REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!

Worst app i ever used, every after 10 to 15 days account suspended without any notice. Even one of my other account was not in use since a week that also suspended. Totally sich a trash app and olx team. If there is below zero rating option i choose it rather than 1 star rating.

If you see that anyone is using them to ship you might as well just take a road trip and pick it up yourself. No matter how many times you try to contact them, they will not respond. I got excellent service from Olx team member Nandini Reddy of Trimulgherry branch in Hyderabad. Actually I sold my car because of her and keep up the excellent job.

I recommend OLX Autos.

Olx app is useless now. They claim charge for posting selling offer. We want some new app for alternate olx.

Lousy platform with unreliable sellers. I have bought items, paid online, but the sellers do not confirm the sale or simply don't take the steps required to send the product. Long wait until you get a refund. No response from the OLX customer service. Out of the 5 items I bought, I only received one. And it was one that I decided to pay for upon receipt. Avoid this terrible platform. It is a waste of your valuable time and it saves you a lot of frustration.

Now a day lots of spammers are in olx,,, doing spam n froud every time,, but no action taken by old team,,, its totally risky platform

I gave 5 stars just to raise your score a little bit. But the new version is bad.Is hard to navigate, pages have no design at all.. Take example of autotrader uk application and make the same style. The people woult like it more.

You get scammed. That's it. Olx is a platform where scammers try to outscam each other. There is absolutely no way you can know for sure what you're getting. There is nothing to help you in case you get conned, only thing you can do is hope that the product works, and if it doesn't well, you better hope that the seller will agree to get it back and send your money back. And don't get me started on the customer service... big joke. Just be very careful on this platform.
