At the start of the process, it was great. I was promised after accepting my proposal I would have the car quickly. However I ended up waiting 3 weeks to progress anywhere, with having to call my leasing specialist every week to get an update with a promise to call me back and not getting a call back. They mentioned they were waiting on the dealership, however after having esclate through customer support as I couldn't reach my leasing specialist, it was found out that the contact at the dealership was on maternity leave. This could have easily been solved if the Oly team contacted the dealership directly instead of the contact's number. There seems to be a gap in Oly's service when a customer is handed over to the settlements team. Fortunately I had a great experience with Hakim on the settlements team who continuously updated me each step and rectified any issues. If not for Hakim, I would have not gone through with the process with Oly.

First of all, I’d like to say a big thank you to Oly, and especially to Katelin Walker, who helped me get everything organised.
My current employer didn’t have an agreement with Oly, but their team sorted it out straight away, which made the whole process very simple and stress-free.
I’ve now received my Tesla Model Y and I’m absolutely happy with it.
I highly recommend Oly to anyone — especially friends and colleagues — who are considering a novated lease.

I started the process to get a lease from Oly in 1st October 2025 and with way too many back and forth emails I finally had a lease with them in FEB 2026. I still have no access to a fuel card. I’m incredibly frustrated at the process with them. Almost feels like I’m dealing with a company working out of a garage or something. I’ll be moving to another company shortly

1. I made contact with Oly a full 6 months ahead of time, to get everything lined up with a buffer. I was very clear that I was transferring a vehicle leased to my husband with a different leasing provider, across to a new lease in my name with Oly. The consultant had loads of enthusiasm but I had to chase her multiple times to get amendments made to the vehicle details.
2. In the months leading up to the planned transfer I sent queries about transfer of registration, and sought confirmation on what the change over would look like - was given assurances it was all set to go.
3. A few weeks before the transfer, NOW they realise that it's not just transferring a lease from one provider to another but also transferring registered owner. We both have to scramble to provide updated information and negotiate on Oly's behalf to get extensions to settlement from the outgoing provider. Like we both don't already have our own jobs to be doing.
4. My employer then had to scramble to get the new agreement executed in time to meet settlement deadlines.

Only feedback would be to have more check ins during the process from the settlement team on any hold up etc. The online app was great to see how my application was tracking and what was coming up next, did find it was slightly ahead of the process before the final approvals.
Overall a really great experience for my first lease!

This was my first novated lease and knew very little of the process and what are the benefits for me....but that all changed when I made the call to Oly.
From the first phone call, Sonali talked me through all my questions and was with me throughout the whole process and was just an absolute star.
Now I have my new vehicle and I couldn't be happier with oly and all its staff.
Special shout out to Hamish in the financial department, he was amazing also.
I could not rate Oly highly enough, I would recommend to everyone.

I can highly recommend Oly for arranging a novated vehicle lease. In particular the agent I dealt with, Katelin Walker, was absolutely brilliant. Kat was wonderful and very easy to deal with. She stepped me through the process end-to-end, provided great advice and help throughout. Communication was clear, responsive and timely. Kat worked hard to get me the best deal she could on the vehicle and I am very happy with the vehicle package and price I got. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kat. The Oly website and process was great. Intuitive and user friendly. Options, price implications and information was easy to follow and understand, and the resulting proposal was clear and contained all the necessary information, including financials, I needed to make an informed decision to go ahead.

There were several issues with closing out my old lease before I could re-lease my car. Those were not Oly’s issues. Oly went above and beyond to help me work through the problems, and although their efforts ended up being unnecessary, I was very happy with their efforts.
