Finding a publisher is a daunting process for any debutant writer. Olympia took a chance on me, and I will be eternally grateful for that. The process of manuscript to published book took its time, but it was worth the wait.

I am having a great experience with Olympia Publishers . My first book has been published on March 28,2024.

I am almost traumatised from dealing with Olympia for two and a half years. The initial proof reader did a good job, and my book is now published and looks good. But the publication manager was incredibly inefficient and took several months to even answer my emails. I did all the work on my book. The graphic design team in Olympia did shoddy work, so I paid a local graphic designer to design my covers and arrange the photos in my book and submitted them to Olympia with the photo captions under each photo, and even then, half the captions had mistakes in them which I went back and forth until they were all corrected. My book took more than a year beyond the contract date, and the waiting and inefficiency caused me enormous stress and sleepless nights.
My book is done and I am relieved and delighted to say is good quality.
It’s of interest to Americans, and is already selling well there. However, the copies ordered directly from USA to Olympia have taken more than two months for delivery and this is again causing me stress and embarrassment. The USA copies being ordered through Barnes and Noble are arriving within days so I’m now encouraging all my American contacts to order through Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I have no idea how Olympia can operate with such an incredibly low level of efficiency and pride in their work.

My experience has been good because as a new author I have been supported from production through to publicity.

My experience with Olympia has been over the span of four years. This is my second book which I am publishing with them. I must say that my recent experience, with my second book has been much more positive than the one with the first book. I had been quite disappointed with the quality of the proofreader/amender for my first. The second was better, although not as professional as I would have hoped. I would also have appreciated someone who gave editorial imput. But, I found a vast improvement in the quality and efficiency of the services provided.

While other publishing companies continually brushed me off, as if my work was not worthy, the team at Olympia was very welcoming and eager to give my book a chance. I am an author with Olympia and i had a good experience so far with working with them.

This is my second book published now with Olympia. Both times the experience has been pleasant. Communications are professional with action items for the author clearly outlined. Steps in the publishing process are articulated in a easily understandable format. Intervals between communications can be long sometimes, but this is understandable given the volume of people they work with and the intensive nature of publishing. The editing process was also strong, with most of the required corrections identified in the first round of edits.

Absolutely appalling service from Olympia for a book that was due to be published by Oct-23. I lodged a formal complaint with them on 26/03/24 and didnt even hear back from them. After calling multiple times I was spoken to by someone who wouldnt tell me exactly what went wrong and extremely frustratingly would only commit to Dec-24 as publishing date which is beyond belief for something that was due in Oct-23.

This experience is of a 10 year old author who is completely put off writing due to this experience which is revolting as author's parents spent money to get her book published to keep her interest in writing alive.

Amazing publishers! Took my writing from nothing to a book! My words, my poetry has been published! With the smoothest journey possible! Such a positive team to work with, nothing was ever too much trouble and always with such positive responses from everyone! I would highly recommend submitting your work to Olympia publishers!

The quality of my book, the cover design, the typeset and the paper are excellent. I was very pleased with the level of detail by the production department. I was also pleased with the work of the publicity department as well as distribution,

Olympia Publishers has been awesome to work with right from the very beginning. Every person, in every department I have dealt with has been helpful, friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my many questions and concerns. For example, I was very picky about how I wanted the cover to look. I didn't like the first one and they came up with a second one. I wasn't happy with that one either, but they had no problem doing a third one. And, WOW, was I impressed with it. They absolutely nailed it! I was pleasantly surprised when FedEx dropped off an unexpected package just over a week ago. It was my complimentary copies! What a nice surprise! The finished books look amazing! More recently, my book showed up on Amazon and Barnes and Noble for preorder, several days before the scheduled release date. Another nice surprise! I didn't know a thing about the process going in so I feel so fortunate that I chose Olympia Publishers. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Olympia Publishers!

Olympia Publishers have been great to work with so far and are understanding of my needs. They have been helpful and explained things when I have not understood something and hope to work with them for future books.

My experience with Olympia publishers has been a cruise so far: they are patient and professional, listen to my needs and are more than willing to help in every stage of the publishing process. I can't know for sure how my book is going to sell as I am yet to experience the marketing stage with them, hence only 4 stars. I’m looking at the other lower rate reviews and they scare me.
But from my own experience I thought they were very efficient. They got back to me within the given timeframe. My co ordinator was very quick returning my emails. They acknowledged my decisions.
I was happy with my book cover. When I was impatient about hearing back from other departments they kept me informed and apologized.
They gave me updates on their progress.
Overall I had a good experience with Olympia Publishing.

If there is anything I would like to help people with their dreams it is to tell them not to use Olympia to publish their book. Olympia will deliver their promise on publishing your book, they will make a good design and they will do an alright job at corrections. But trust me, you will be so let down in the long run. They do not promote your book like they say they will and you are pretty much left on your own after the first month. The person in charge of your book will not even reply to most of your emails. Olympia will get your book available online and you will feel great when you see it available around the world in online stores but hear these words carefully, Olympia will not promote your book or get you on the radio or newspapers or anything they say. My book sold many copies in the month before release and I had many friends and family members call me months later saying they never even got their book but Olympia took the money. Olympia are not what they portray to be, they just have a very good set up to make you think that they're good.
You will earn more money and have more chance by publishing your book on Amazon KDP. Pay someone to check your book. Use AI to make your own book cover and never ever let Olympia anywhere near your book.
