I just finished the course on generative ai. I have repeatedly taken the videos and paid. But it has locked my quiz and I cannot take it and get my certification. Please fix it

I recently completed the AI Data Management course on Great Learning, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The instructor’s limited command of English made it extremely difficult to follow the lessons, as their explanations were unclear and hard to understand. The course relied heavily on slide presentations that felt more like a low-budget YouTube video than a structured, educational program. There was no meaningful engagement or depth to the content delivery. Additionally, I was not provided with an assessment to gauge my understanding, which undermines the credibility of the course. Worst of all, after investing my time and effort, I didn’t even receive a certificate or any form of recognition for completing it. This lack of acknowledgment, combined with the subpar instruction, made the entire experience feel like a waste. I expected much more from Great Learning and hope this feedback prompts improvements for future learners.
