Frustrating product as the jeans are great, super comfortable, but I have had 2 pairs now which have ripped after about a year of just normal regular use.

The jeans didn't fit so I returned them - total order of approximately £138.

Despite several email requests, and a 15 day wait since Royal Mail confirmed the safe return of my order, I'm still waiting for a refund.

Buying clothes online can be a bit of a lottery but most retailers at least refund your payment promptly - not this company.

Perfect fit, good quality, outstanding customer service.

So confused by the negative reviews here!

Bought my 1st pair of trousers >2 years ago, now have 5 pairs & all still in fantastic condition. Finally, a brand has managed to make trousers that fit bigger legs and last well due to crotch reinforcement and high quality stretch material. They even hold their colour (even those notorious black jeans).

Finding your fit at first can be a bit tricky - it took me a couple of attempts. Returns/ exchanges / refunds are exceptionally quick and easy with great support- highly recommend.

When their deliveries are correct then the products are good. How last two orders have contained items with incorrect sizing on the packaging compared to the labels on the clothes, and have been the wrong sizes compared to the order. I have used their returns labels and emailed them, but have not received any responses nor refunds two weeks after the items have been returned.

I ordered some shorts that have not arrived, I’ve contacted them through their form on the website 4 times now with no response, no contact number so I guess it’s £69 lost.

First purchase the jeans were too big but Anna guided me swiftly through the exchange process which was both simple and quick. Jeans were exchanged swiftly and at no extra cost! Amazing.

Fine for a year but then the elastane started warping and they look rubbish now. Wouldn't refund as apparently it's out of the warranty period. Poorly made and not worth the money

bought the cargo pants and im very pleased. The fit works for me and the delivery was quick. Happy to buy from again.

I have purchase quite a few items from here.
The quality of there clothing is poor. Loose thread everywhere, fit of the same size jeans seems to differ between each item ordered. T shirts are the same.
Chinos are the same, wish I hadn’t ordered as many as I did.
Quality is overall very poor and they do not last. I have spoken to customer services about this but nothing seems to change.

Avoids buying from this online shop

I love the jeans and chinos. I am trying to buy more but their website is very unclear about the pros and cons of Hyper Stretch vs Sorbteck 365 fabrics. I am trying to give them my money and trying to save having to exchange/return anything; they are very responsive which is great but they keen sending me links that don't work and generic, pre-written advice which doesn't address my question. Take my money, guys! I'm a potential long term customer and just need you to get your website/CS sorted to get me over the line! Pricing is a over the top but sale prices are fine, which is the only time I would buy. I can't even think about buying their sweaters which have an inexplicably strange and bland logo/wording on the sleeve. When they are plain or have a VERY discreet logo like their jeans, I will happily buy them.

Over the past year my husband and I have ordered 3 pairs of Olympus jeans, as he has an athletic build with big thighs and calves, and he often can't find jeans that fit.
At first we were really pleased with our discovery of this jeans company, they fit well and they seemed really sturdy. Unfortunately though, all three have ripped in less than a year (ripped in or around the crotch area, not ideal). I'm not sure how long jeans should realistically last, but we had hoped that for the price of these, we would get much more wear than we got. We won't be buying anymore jeans from Olympvs Jeans, as it seems like a waste of money and also just creates more waste that will take decades to rot away. If anyone has any good recommendations for long lasting, athletic fit jeans, please do let me know!

So normally I have to buy a couple of inches bigger in the 'waist' so that they fit my bum and thighs in. Not with these. They're a little snug in those areas - and the calves too for that matter - but they're sooooo comfy. Feel like I could work out in them!

Wondering what they'll wash like and also how long they'll last, but so far: suitably impressed.

Quite simply, the most comfortable jeans and chinos I've ever tried. Love the muscle fit shirts as well. I'm on my feet all day at work and this has been a game changer for me in terms of comfort, durability and the ability to do pretty much anything in the chinos. Thank you Olympvs for designing these

I have always struggled with finding jeans which fit my thighs after hiking most of my life. I have always had a problem with wearing trousers as they don't last long, tear easily and I usually resort to just wearing shorts - even in winter. I found Olympvs and was skeptical at first, but after trying on my first pair, I was ecstatic with the comfort and they have lasted me a long time. These jeans are probably the most used item in my daily life, after my iPhone. I just can't believe more people have the same big leg issue as me and finally someone has decided to do something about it! 5 Stars!

Says delivery between 2-5 working days; 10 days later nothing, no tracking information either. Won’t respond to emails and has no telephone number listed on website.
