It took a little longer than expected to arrive. The fit was as described. U can never tell how something fits without trying it on and the medium may have been better but it's not worth returning, waiting & maybe the M would end up being too snug. In a dressing room I could make the choice quickly. I'm 5'3" 125lbs with a poochy 'mom' tummy (which is why I got the large). It's a little big around the hips & pockets so it makes me look heavier. But it's comfortable around the tummy.

Total scam! Don't buy from this company or any others of similar names that claim they're out of Massachusetts. They're NOT. They're out of Dubai. Tried to return 3 of 4 pieces of clothing that came in really cheap looking and I wouldn't dare wear out. They don't want returned. Offered me $16. credit for $110. purchase. Went back and forth and settled on $40. but I have serious doubts I'll ever see that credit. When they wouldn't agree to further compensation they sent me a Dubai address to return items to. Totally don't trust and I will not do that. I'll stick them in GoodWill instead and call it a learning experience- a really bad one!

The shirt fabrics are cheap, thin and see-through, and feel hot as soon as I put them on. The pants are tight around the elasticized waist but balloon out around my hips, very unflattering. The dress has no shape to it, fabric is see-thru (needs a lining) and much too large. The neckline looks terrible, some puckers because there is no innerfacing or lining. All will be returned, sadly.

I liked the clothing I bought. When I had a concern about the length of time my shipments was taking, customer service responded immediately.

Buyers beware! Do not buy from this company. I would give it negative stars if possible. The pictures on the website look good but don’t let them fool you! I ordered 3 pairs of pants, none fit. They are way too short and the material and workmanship are way below standard. I contacted them via email to initiate a return and they refused to refund my money.

The material and quality of the product was great and delivered when promised. The fit was true to size as advertised. Very cute!

A cheap product. When I requested a return label to send back they refused. They kept offering me partial returns and then finally said I needed to send the product back to Dubai myself. This is a scam and they are preying on people who use FB.

The sad thing is I love 3 of the 4 tops I ordered, and would have given them rave reviews for their quality, now all I have is grave disappointment and an inability to tell any of my friends or family to consider purchases from Olzeep!
I made a request for a refund and a return shipping label.
Where their website claimed to be "easy return or exchange," was not at all the case.
First it took 2 emails to even get a response. Then when I did, instead of issuing the forms needed for the return, they first offered me $5 refund to keep the top, then another email with a $15 refund, and finally a $20 refund to keep the shirt, that was too big and I would never wear. The original cost was $38 which included the shipping cost, which by the way was ridiculous! This shipping charge was added to each shirt even though they were ALL shipped together.
I was then informed I would have to pay the return shipping charge to Dubai, which would exceed $30 USPS, when the original shipment came from the UK. Nowhere in their return policy does it indicate the buyer must pay the return postage.
I made several attempts to do a chat or call the number provided, and was unable to do either. So their "easy return" policy isn't easy at all. I was never sent a "return authorization" form, which I'm guessing would have caused me an additional problem once they did receive the top and didn't see this form.
As you can tell from this review, I'm highly disappointed in the response I've received from their customer service department.
I am a marketer by trade, and know that "bad customer service," does 10xs more damage to a company, than simply working with the customer, which is where I feel we are not right now. I hope Olzeep takes these comments as a future learning tool for their customer service department staff.
So BUYER BE WARE when making purchases from foreign companies!!!

The item took forever to arrive and it was the cheapest thing I have ever seen… a 2 year old could have sewed it. I found a very similar item on Temu for $3 (just as cheaply made) instead of the $47 I paid for this order. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Items well made, fit is great. Very satisified.

Merchandise is great! Communication re status of delivery is LOUSY!

Everything was great, the only unfortunate thing was is they do not fit.

Love the clothes. Asked a question and got an immediate response. But did think the shipping cost was high.

Quality and performance

Clothes are cute and fit well. Had a problem with communication at first, but Olzeep fixed the problem. This is a legit company and the clothes are well made!

I really like the clothes I ordered.
I was a bit puzzled about the shipping and delivery. It took about two weeks before the items were shipped and only after I inquired about my order. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars
