This is the second time I received the wrong wine. I really wanted the red wine I ordered for Easter . I was given two bottles of Chardonnay. I already ordered the white wine (which I did receive in this order). Mailing just two
just two bottles is not done . They are returning payment I made and giving me the two white bottles.
I would rather have receive the wine I ordered and if not available to ship be given the opportunity to substitute myself two alternative bottles. When I order a certain wine I expect to receive it or if not available notified.

You may want to think twice.
The products that the company offers are worth the money. The tastes are varied and good. Their prices are fair. The frequency of offerings is appropriate. HOWEVER, the WEAK POINT, is in the delivery experience! The delivery contractor has been problematic and insufficient to represent the brand Omehasteakswine (OSW) in 50% of delivery events. I have ordered 6 times and have been significantly inconvenienced half of the times. This has occurred solely due to the contractor whom OSW has employed! I am beginning to RECONSIDER my continuance with OWS due to this continuing problem.

Over sell and send you things you didn’t order w/o telling you up front. But after the fact when you get the shipment. Often several delays.

We are sorry for the confusing communications - your order did have a stock issue and a substitution of equivalent style and equal or greater value was made as per our policy. However, it was also held until after January 1, 2026 as it exceeded your state's alcohol limit of 24 bottles per month due to another order which was placed before this one, and could not be legally shipped in December. We apologize for the inconvenience and have reviewed our processes to ensure the communication of this issue will be clearer in the future.

I love the international aspect
I've never had a wine subscription or membership before. I was a bit hesitant to sign up for this one. However, I am really enjoying it. The most enjoyable aspect of the Omaha Steaks Wine subscription is receiving wines from different areas of the world. I love the variety.
