This is the third case of Omaha Steaks Wine…I’ve never had a bottle I didn’t absolutely love! Great customer service, although your website needs improvement, I highly recommend the wine.

My purchase was great.
My purchase was fast and easy. I was able to order an all whites case and still got a variety. I was a member of the wine club but cancelled because to get whites I had to also get reds. Our favorite white is the 1917.

I ordered 2 of the wine advent…
I ordered 2 of the wine advent calendars. One of them arrived perfectly while the other appears damp with the bottom crushed. Hopefully the wine inside is all intact it’s something that I will need to wait and see with.

Overall the experience was good however after purchase tracking thru Fedex was sending me to a foreign website that had no tracking information.
On the day of delivery, tracking finally showed Fedex was going to bring it that day. This is terrible business.

The delivery process is flawed
The delivery process is flawed. Fedx gave us a window between 12 and 2 but did not show up until almost 5. By then we were not home and signature is required. The next day delivery window was between 8am and 8pm.By the time our wine was delivered around 6 pm the wine bottles registered a temperature of 97 degrees. Probably not a good thing. I live in south west Florida and keeping wine bottles in a box truck all day in the sun is a problem. Also upon opening the box I found that the wine that was initially ordered was changed due to supply issues. Not sure if I will order again because of delivery issues.

My experience was really super nice, and the ordering was even better. It was so easy and on spot to place an order .
I opened the first bottle on Fri night after getting the package on Thursday and it went well with my dinner and guest. They may even order from your wine list.
