I have returned my parcel and it was meant to be there by now and I still have not received my refund which is disappointing. My order number is #3480. I have not got any email regarding this and the website hasn’t got back to me

Absolutely love the product
Very pleased with the Omar and Hana dolls. No real complaints really, but the 4/5 stars, because the website doesn't state whether the dolls come with the batteries or not, nor does it state which batteries are used. Otherwise good and careful packaging to ensure safety of the toys. A bonus was to receive some Omar and Hana stickers too. They were unexpected. Nice surprise.

Came on time for my daughter birthday which was great but the hanna doll is so small I was expecting it to be bigger and I thought the doll had singing buttons but it’s just a small hanna doll soft toy.

Omar talking doll for nephews birthday
My nephew absolutely loves Omar and Hana. For his birthday ordered the Omar talking doll, but worried I might not get it in time. Called up to see if they could get it sent out as soon as possible, gentleman on the phone was very helpful and reassured me if I did the 1day delivery he'll make sure I got it by Friday. I received the doll a day before. Very happy with the purchase and service.

Brought Omar & Hana for my son absolutely loved them. Thank you so much. He is obsessed with omar & Hana only thing he watches on tv. He has learnt so much from that. When he was 7 months an we went to my dads house we was sat down my dad walked in through the door an my son out of nowhere put his hand out for salaam we was all shocked my dad started crying. He has learnt so much from them. Since he was a baby only thing my husband used to allow him to watch was omar & Hana wasn’t allowed to watch anything else

I wish other stores sold their product.
Customer service was not good. I was waiting on an item to get back in stock and asked when that would be. When the date passed, asked again but stopped getting replies and once I bought it, I never got tracking information until I had to go out of my way to ask.

I ordered my backdrop maybe a week or a week and a half before my party and I was scared that I wouldn’t receive it in time. Wrote them on Facebook instantly got a response about it being shipped out and my tracking. Got my package day before the party and it’s exactly what I expected and wanted.

i bought a banner which i was told wouldn’t be ready till 8 weeks so i asked for a refund and i still haven’t received it it’s been over 2 weeks.

We can only action a refund with our card processor, some international cards or payment methods, take longer .
We do try to communicate this to customers, but that does require the customer to listen and have some patience, or direct their multiple emails towards the card issuer .

This does not affect the use of the products in any way,as they are easily switched from Bahasa Malaysia to English .

I paid £7.99 delivery for next day and…
This is a response to the reply I receive from Omar and Hana, unfortunately this is the only way I could reply back to you. Firstly thank you for replying back almost a year later.
If you have a look at my order number#2718 I placed the order on 12 April 2022, which was a Tuesday and if you look I paid £7.99 via UPS for 1 DAY DELIVERY, (I’m not sure how I can attach a copy of my email on this,) this takes the delivery date to WEDNESDAY 13 April 2022 which was NOT a bank holiday.
I am aware that during the bank holidays there will be a delay hence why I ordered it BEFORE the start of the bank holiday and paid for next day delivery, the book I ordered was £6.00 and I paid more for the delivery charge to MAKE SURE I HAVE IT THE NEXT DAY NOT ALMOST 2 weeks LATER.

Your order came in on a Thursday, night,at the start of a UK Bank Holiday.
We did contact you to let you know that due to the Bank Holiday,the next delivery day was the following Tuesday.
We also refunded you the premium part of the delivery charge ,without changing down to a cheaper and slighty slower regular service.
We also asked you to get in contact, if the parcel did not arrive on the Tuesday,to see if we can be of any further assistance, you did not get in contact .
The service you had requested was the 1 WORKING DAY, and we do not charge £7.99 !!
