A minor niggle
Overall an excellent experience, BUT one irritating thing - every time I log in, I am told my password is incorrect. I click on Forgot Password, get the email, reset the password with EXACTLY the same one as before (I have not forgotten it!), and log in successfully. And the next time, exactly the same thing happens

Monthly amount went up 50% without warning.
Increased my monthly contributions by 50% with no notice. When I log in to change this after I see the money leave my account I am greeted by a message
'Your subscription is being renewed. Whilst your subscription updates, you’ll be unable to make any changes.
If you wish to make any changes, please return later.'
Why am I not able to cancel future subscriptions at this time!?
In 2 years of playing I have won one £10 voucher. Waste of money - save your effort.

Just feel like they do amazing causes.. wish i would win one time.. it would change not only my life but my families too, who have had a rough time these past few years!

Funding the
Contributing funds towards various chairties is the most valued part of this Omazing entity. However, it helps individual people settle easily by winning the Omaze houses. This is an encouraging bit and i trust the next person to win will be me by God's grace!

Given 2 stars as it’s a charity and do good work but apart from that I did a one off monthly and maybe st the time maybe didn't realise it was a subscription.
Next month they took money so I cancelled , then next month took again so I again checked and it was cancelled so I claimed this back through my bank and they challenged it!! I mean what???? Then again this month they have tried to take again .. luckily bank have blocked it .. this is really not good… I would never use again due to this or recommend as this is basically stealing .

It's always the last chance to win and then when you think it's over you feel dates overlap and they chase for more money. Then you're entering a double house draw? Glad they sorted out that woman's voice at last , all highs and lows.
