Ombar 72% cacao, 70g

I don't normally make reviews on products but I thought this might help someone out there.

This product has been the love of my life until today I discovered that it has been the reasons for my constant running nose, mucus and sneezing!

I fasted for 19hrs drinking only 1 glass of water and a cup of green tea. I felt energetic. I needed to break my fast. I ate one Ombar 72% cacao, 70g and before I finished it I started getting runny nose that was literally dripping. After one hour I start to sneezing. Exactly like the time I have been eating this bars everyday. I had done allergy tests before due to these symptoms on everything including pollen, dogs cats etc with negative results.
For a long time I had one bar per day- the 72% cacao 70g e (was almost addicted to it). I reduced to one bar per week due to cost.

I am milk intolerant and I always avoid anything to do with milk / milk products religiously.
When I discovered this product I didn't see anything written on its content as containing milk, if there was, then it must have been a technical term used.

Not having eaten for 19hrs today and having above symptoms, I imagined the culprit must be Ombar 72% cacao. I looked at its contents and boom... there stands lactic acid from milk.
But a I always cancelled out any product with lactic acid from milk.
So if you are milk intolerant/ lactose intolerant with symptoms such as running nose sneezing, mucus that comes instantly after eating Ombar chocolate, then watch out on Ombar 72% cacao!

The company writes "vegan" on the package but uses a byproduct from an Animal- a cow. Is this not very contradictive?!
From now onwards i will stay away from Ombar chocolate products and stop being a promoter!
