I loved it!!!

OMCGear sold me skis and bindings. The skis thru Amazon. They coordinated with me so I could buy the bindings from them with free mounting. The skis still arrived within 4 days of the order.

It's not that there was anything wrong with the order. I just find 5 stars should be reserved for something above and beyond.

Apparently my package is on it's way but UPS hasn't delivered it. We're experiencing some inclement weather so I tried to schedule it to be delivered to a location that's easier to access. My request was denied. UPS said this option is restricted by OMC. Now I have to pick up my package between 330pm and 730pm on a weekday at UPS. No daytime or weekend hours. Please OMC, change this delivery restriction.

The site had the backpack I wanted (Osprey 50L in eggplant) for the cheapest price online. The checkout process was normal although it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but it was easy to track online. My new member sign up discount code didn't apply to the purchase but overall a good experience!

Quick response to my issue, shipping label for a return and new item all went out the same day.

Haven't yet used them on the snow but can see they will work good. With skins that have extra sticky glue, these save the arms and shoulders from ripping them apart.

OMCgear had the product I wanted in stock (Marmot 8000 Meter Bibs), in my size, in the current model year and shipped it promptly after I ordered it. I would use OMCgear again.

I bought a Canada Goose jacket for my husband in size XS. First, the package took forever to arrive. Then, they sent me size LARGE and it smelled like someone already wore the jacket. When I called OMC Gear about the size issue, the man who answered the phone was very NASTY, acted like brain dead, had an attitude and not very helpful. OMC should have a Quality Control group to check all products before send out to customers. Last, OMC should train employee how to talk on the phone beginning with saying their company's name.

When ordering online the best experience is often the one that isn't very notable. After ordering a jacket at a great price, it was promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition.
