Excellent customer support and video instructions, fast delivery, great product at reasonable prices. Have ordered pre-cut pieces of UV-resistant film to reduce bleaching by sunlight on carpets and books, especially on Velux windows; also seems to help with reducing the heat. Every time I order, wish I'd planned to do more. Packaging and instructions is excellent and never had any mistakes. Can be a bit fiddly to apply (especially upside down trying to reach Velux windows on a step-ladder!), but just follow the really helpful video step-by-step, once dry you won't even notice it. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.

Omega window films were an absolute life-saver during the heat wave this summer. I received my order so quickly, I didn't even realise what it was and it was conscientiously packed and labelled so that none of the films could be damaged and I could easily identify which film was for which room. Their videos are helpful. Their installation kit was modestly priced and actually worth getting as an add on.

Overall, I was so impressed, that I recommended to all my friends, neighbours and colleagues and I'm happy to report several went ahead and purchased. We're all chuffed with the results.
