I had trouble logging in, but the person who I chatted with made my experience. Great he put the account on pause for me with no trouble. Minimal questions and wait time.

They gave me options …

They were understanding about the situation I'm in about being able to afford things now. They were flexible about billing options like the frequency of my products. I appreciate that. The agent David was very helpful and respectful. I'm glad they gave me options that allowed me to keep my subscription

Product not working for me.

Well first customer service is fine. The product not so much. I took it for a few weeks and it did nothing. Customer service sent me a free bottle to up my dose to 3 caps. Still feel nothing changed.

The OmegaXL is excellent

The product is very good. I have never had to use the support until now. I was able to go in the chat and get a quick response and solution to my accumulation of product without ending my subscription.
