I placed an order on this website and completed the payment successfully.

I received an order confirmation email and a tracking link, which gave the impression that the purchase was legitimate. However, the tracking link never worked.

Shortly after, the website became unavailable and there has been no way to contact the seller or obtain any information about my order. The goods were never delivered.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious when purchasing from this site.

I ordered a water filter and it never arrived. I tried contacting the seller multiple times but received no response. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the product made this a very frustrating experience.
AVOID

Broken Water filter arrived after two months, and when I opened the package I saw that the filter was broken.
Emailed a number of times but didn’t get any replies, and the phone call always goes to a voicemail.

I have lost £120, and it’s totally unfair.

I bought a water filter a month ago and nothing 👎🏾 and no one answers the phone, much less the emails I've been contacting, bad service, there is no service, I'm starting to think I fell into a scam

Ordered in September and received nothing tried numerous time to contact them and nothing SCAM

Placed order in August. Was sent a request to review the products but never received anything. I have emailed them several times with no response. BUYER BEWARE - AVOID

AVOID ! They will steal your money and not deliver anything ! Scam alert con artist !

I bought a replacement filter for my terracotta water filter and it does not work, no water passes through it. Sent am email and it comes back as inexistent, called and get a voicemail telling me to change url: I got scammed for nearly £23

Terrible, terrible service and best to avoid.
DHL tried to deliver and when i raise with DHL they have a different address to the one in the order. Store doesnt want to give a refund and makes many excuses about it. Wants me to cancel a reverse charge from the bank and thats not going to happen. Basically they want to keep both your money and the item ordered.

I made purchase on April 5th and they never delivered, they dont respond messages, and clearly was scammed.

Terrible experience. My order never arrived and they never replied to my emails. This is a scam.

Scam website cancelled the order and didn’t refund the money >:(

Not delivery has 1 month ago not updates nothing 0 lost money

Lost money!
Have placed an order on May 22nd, almost a month ago.
No deliveries, no news, and no tracking available!
Seems I lost money and didn’t get not even an update!

I m a customer since 2019 , great team , best products , after brexit some
Products are missing but they doing well to provide Brazilian and Spanish products.

One star because I couldn't give them 0 star.
I ordered my parcel on 03/01/2023 and finally on 13/01/2023 my parcel arrived. It was my second order. The first order was a disaster, but I thought it could be only a bad day. I decided to make another other, again lots of items weren't delivered. Just like in my first order, I have to chase them up to get my refund back, which in my second time buying I didn't manage yet. Not recommend at all.

I ordered Ariel washing up liquid. MY delivery was suppose to be Saturday 12th of March. unfortunately no one was home.. Lady called Christina and Jorge tried contacting me but I missed there calls.. I am giving them 5 stars as they are just so friendly and brilliant service.. keep up team
