My order was never delivered and I reached out for them to submit a claim for the package...they never replied back. I emailed and messaged multiple times.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

placed order om 1/1/26 for some hard-to-find premix cosmos. didn't know they were shipping from China, took a month to finally receive information that it has arrived in USA. The tracking shows that it was delivered. All Chinese shipping companies deliver to a source here and the local source delivers the item. In this case there is nowhere on the tracking that shows where it was delivered to, not even a way to email for that information. I went back to omgcheers and was told that it shows as delivered it is my problem, tried calling their phone number which was full gave them a week to respond which come and gone and still no feedback or information. No where do they tell you something manufactured in the USA will be shipped from China beware you will loose your money
I purchased a specific bottle of wine as advertised by OMG and was sent the wrong item. I have tried to talk to someone at OMG to correct the mistake at least 20 times. Their phone messages are full and they don’t respond to any emails. I do not believe there is actual any customer service. I am tired of being ignored and realize this company is unreliable. Never get.any more of my business.
I ordered 15 bottles of liquor from OMGcheers, paying almost $180. I received the bottles in two boxes, and one was leaking and smelled of liquor. When I opened the box, I found liquid covering the inside of the box and the individual wrapping around the bottles. You could also see from the necks of the bottles that they were no longer filled to the original line. I reached out to the company through the Shopify app that night. I emailed them the next day, and included photos. I tried calling the company, but it went straight to voicemail with a full mailbox. I emailed the company two more times before they responded one week later. They are now insisting I pull all the damaged bottles out and photograph them again a week after the delivery. I told them that I was not handling damaged sticky bottles that have sat in my garage for over week. I told them that they can take the bottles back and inspect them themselves. I have received neither a reply or a refund for the damaged bottles, and have not touched the undamaged bottles in case I have to send them all back.
