the third day, the ptr-record is not registered, despite the fact that it has been added to the server control panel. technical support is silent, they do not answer tickets.

Very bad
It took 4 hours to get the server after payment.
It has taken more than 24 hours to install 1.16.2 on the server.
Really slow service, not recommended.

absolutely appalling services for the price i paid, along side the fact that our server kept crashing due to a problem THEY HAD but refused to fix. moved to another client and it worked perfectly, so i wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. save your money and use another site. also, "no refund once service is delivered" so if u want ur money back after realsing how bad their servers are, u wont get it.

Ok listen, this is a good web hosting and It gives you 90% of the features they are promote (minecraft unlimited). BUT the 10% are the bugs of the panel and the delay of the support team to answer. Some days the site lost connection for 1-2 hours but the worst is that, sometimes you can't create backup files due to a bug again. Personally, 3 hours ago I opened a ticket which is telling about this bug and they don't answer yet. (I am waiting about 3 hours) Btw in the features of the unlimited pack is indicated that if u get the unlimited, you will be in priority for support team.

OMGSERV is my favorite france Hosting Company.

Their support is lightning fast and their servers are reliable.
The only negative point was the network on some days we had pings over 1000 ms.

The hosting-panel is a blessing for every server-owner.

The hosting which you can rely on it .. If you need a Game Server with best DDOS protection then this is the hosting you need.

You know coming on rank 1 was a tough task in gametracker.com .. With this hosting i came 5 times to top rank 1 and i was like rank 1 for 90 days without any DDOS .. So imagine it if you buy it then you can also come without worrying for DDOS.

I can highly recommend them for any Game Server requirements you have and the VPS is one of the best ever i came across .

Great host always 20tps, I am on the unlimited plan (they allocate ram based on the amount of player) and on the france server, no problems so far and no lag even if I am in australia. I also love how there is an app to manage your server on the go

To be honest I’ve never used any other hosting provider. I’ve just started programming and I’ve been using their VPS offer for the past 2 months. I’m happy to report I didn’t have any issue!

I really don’t understand the recent reviews. I’ve had a long relationship with OMGSERV and never had any major issues.
Support has always been friendly and reactive.
Quality has been always been on par with other providers and offered with a more accessible pricing.

OMGSERV need to be avoided at all cost.
Their server are not stable, their Minecraft Unlimited offer is the ultimate scam. First of all there is no such thing has unlimited ressources on a server. But the thing is it can't even keep up with 4 users on a VANILLA server...

You're better with other provided, yes it's cheap, but it's crap.

This used to be a truly good host but as of late it might as well be considered a scam.

The servers are incredibly unstable, lag is frequent, crashes happen at least once a day, the TPS can't keep up in most games (not even minecraft!).

I recently bought the ULTIMATE version of this service (10€/month) and I've been having one of the worst performances I've ever come across in any VPS I paid for.

I tried to contact the support but not only is their english mediocre but they also deny any issues even when presented with livestream footage of the lag.

Stay away from this VPS. I don't wanna name any others but it shouldn't be hard to find a better, much more reliable and cheaper VPS. Search the web and look for opinions on reddit and trustpilot and you should be set.

Update: To make things worse, I discovered that when the month you paid for comes to an end, this service won't let you download your data unless you renew your subscription for another whole month of the same model (you can't even downgrade) and they pressure you into doing so by giving you a 7 day limit or they'll delete everything! Just one more reason for you to avoid it at all costs.

I've been a customer for about 6 months now and I have to say, the experience has been poor. Whenever I ask their support about anything at all, the answer is 'no' or entirely dismissive.

Can I move data centers? Not possible.
Can I upgrade? Not possible.
Can you tell me about the hardware I am on? No.
Can you explain the random VPS downtime? Nope!

The biggest issue I've had is random downtime where the machine is entirely unresponsive. This is apparently common, to the point that support has clearly been told just to wait it out and tell customers "it's working now, so its fine!".

When asking about their SLA, they literally told me they do not have one. Considering this is *not* a cheap provider as far as VPS services, that seems entirely insane to me.

If you need a basic VPS that doesn't have uptime requirements (ie. not for production work), OMGSERV might be OK. For me, I expect higher quality service and demand reliability.

Poor game vps, cant handle 8players (left 4 dead2) on tickrate 100.

I got a server which worked perfectly fine, when I ran into a problem I could open a support ticket or talk directly live to a support agent via discord (I presded a button and instantly could get help). Only downside for me is that username and passwords are only shown via email but not in the dashboard. Overall a LEGENDEARY experience for me.

Best hosting I've used out of 10+ others, even better than ExtraVM with handling large DDoS attacks even though omgserv does not notify you when a DDoS attack is actively up against your server. I have 2 GAME VPS, 1 Canada and 1 France and they're both fantastic. A DDoS attack has never successfully caused any downtime or lag whatsoever, even OVH/SoftetherVPN bypass attacks (both l4 and l7) haven't touched the server. Very affordable and the host I reccomend the most 💯
