If ONLY I had read these reviews first! I placed an order and paid $1.98 extra for “Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges.” The “lipstick” I purchased was actually just a gloss that rubbed right off! I hated it! I tried to start a return and the company showed that I could pay $17 for FedEx to pick it up! For a product that cost $27.90! Then received an email asking how I liked the 2 products. It stated that I could just reply to the message to get help with my order. I did reach out - NOTHING! Sat down and tried to initiate a return today less than 30 days after my order was delivered and their system stated that it was not eligible for return. What a SCAM!!!

If only I had a choice for ZERO stars. Had to return most of my order as I was allergic to all of it. Should have been no problem but they have verified that they received the return over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. I could not reach anyone in their chat, also no response via email and called during store hours and received a recording that they were closed. UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am going to go dispute my credit card charges now and hope for the best.

I was excited when found out about Omiana and their ingredients but:
- eye pencils turned out to be too hard to apply them
- brown eye brow pencils have ginger hue (!) - this is unacceptable, my hair tone is cool and ginger-colored eyebrows look like a joke...
So I had to throw 2 eye pencils and 2 eye brow pencils to trash.

They charge you an extra $2.48 as a"return/exchange" fee, which you can't opt out of. That's just silly and not a good policy.
