Ordered two of the laser site crossbows, which were also supposed to come with pellets and extra arrow. I got the crossbows, no laser sight, no extra parts. Upon contacting them which can only be done by email. I was told that none of that stuff was supposed to be with it, but that they would send me the laser site. I informed them that unless they sent me everything.I wish to return the item for a full refund. I then received an offer for thirty percent refund and I get to keep their crappy product. After many emails that took over a month of exchanges, I wound up all the way up to a seventy percent refund with them absolutely refusing to let me return the item for a full refund.

I’ve bought some rubbish online in my time , but never anything as bad as this.

After a complaint and the wait of another month , the Laser Sight turned up , but not the other parts , or instructions. They even had the cheek to ask ME to pay for the postage for the missing parts. It has never worked , returns are very convoluted ( to impossible ) and I consider my money completely wasted.
In summary , I recommend you stay away from this cheap , shoddy company.
