No customer service and no way to get what I paid for

Originally was quite happy with this company. I like the products and have placed a couple orders over time. However on this occasion my order didn’t contain everything I ordered. Multiple emails directly, via their website form and DM on IG and I have had no replies. There’s no other way to contact them.
After this experience, I will not be placing any further orders. I’m stuck with no way to get what I paid for. I’d recommend avoiding!
