Excellent product and customer service
Extremely simple customization and purchasing process compared to other competing sites. Delivery was faster than expected. The customer service was incredibly understanding, and they made a very appreciated gesture of goodwill following a minor misunderstanding during the ordering process. Overall, the store seems to be of excellent quality and was very easy to install and connect to Apple Home. I highly recommend it.

BEAUTIFUL blinds, IMPECCABLE service
First of all the blinds are BEAUTIFUL and have really enhanced my space. Secondly, I did have some minor issues which were resolved expeditiously. Customer service was timely and receptive and just overall pleasant to interact with. I would definitely do business with OmniaBlinds again!!

I had a few queries pre-order and they were answered quickly and positively. The delivery was stated as 10-15 working days but I was very happy when the blind arrived way ahead of time! one motor had a damaged antenna, which caused it to not get a signal and work properly.
They quickly shipped a replacement.
