Ordered on the 2nd of feb for a valentines gift and still not arrived. Ignored all communication on Facebook, Instagram and email. Was given the recommendation from a friend but definitely will not be ordering again!
Placed an order 4 weeks ago and paid extra for faster p&p. Have ignored all communication via email, Facebook and Instagram. They have also deleted my comments on their Facebook page and disabled comments on Instagram. Do not buy, it is a scam!
Ordered 2 paint by numbers kit 3 weeks ago now, confirmation email advises you to track shipping with the app called ‘shop’ which shows it still hasn’t even been dispatched yet, emailed and messaged them on both fb and Instagram however no response. Terrible service
