Zero stars if possible

Zero stars if possible. Do not order from this company. This is a fraudulent business. Their "production time" is listed as 5+ months because that exceeds PayPal's dispute limit of 180 days. No response to a dozen emails after nine months of waiting. Disgusting. Considering pursuing legal action.

Not a trustworthy company

I placed an order in 11/2024, it is now the middle of September 2025 and I still have not received my order. I’ve sent multiple emails and they won’t even respond back. Never have. Incredibly unprofessional. I’m concerned I’m going to have to file a lawsuit to even get my money back at this point.

Don’t order

Ordered a ring 9 months ago and still don’t have it. Keep inquiring about when it will ship and am told it’s in finishing and it’ll be “soon” each time. Meanwhile they post about sales and new works on their insta. At this point I can’t even tell if it’s a scam and they just run a bunch of burner accounts or what. Not a trustworthy shop.

Do not trust them

Do not trust them! all they care about is taking your money and they don't care what happens to your jewelry after they ship it. They makeup excuses for everything and also charge you 25% to cancel so it gives you no choice but to keep it unless you want to lose 1/4 of what you paid. They shipped my items to an international country by not updating my address after I had given them one month to do so. I contacted them to make sure it was changed and they said it was change and updated to my California address which was the address I originally placed my order with. I also checked the tracking number when it was shipped and immediately contacted them asking them if they had labeled my package with the correct address to California because I noticed it said global post and it was heading to the east coast instead of the west coast where I live. They assured me it was headed to my home in California where I'm living, But a few days later It shipped from the East coast to Germany. They promised to resolve the problem because they admitted it was a mistake on their end but they did nothing. I had to fix the problem by contacting a person in Germany
that lives in the building where I was living for a few months to go to the center and pick it up for me. He had to pay 89.57 Euros which is almost 100.00 US Dollars of custom fees and taxes because they shipped it to Germany instead of where I am residing. My order was placed 6 months ago and now my jewelry is in Germany where I can't Inspect or wear the pieces I purchased. I am not asking them for a refund of my items or a return for shipping because I am returning to Germany in about 7 to 8 months from now. They are ghosting me and not answering my emails where I am asking for a return on the custom and tax fee charges that I now owe a neighbor because Omnia Studios sent my package to the wrong address causing it to ship to Europe instead of my home in California. This was my first order from them and I will never risk my hard earned money on them again if it wasn't for me knowing a person in Germany I would have never been able to have hope of ever seeing that package. When I contacted them saying it was in Germany all they did was say sorry for the inconvenience I hope you can have someone pick it up for you in that country. Just warning everyone to be careful with your money and don't trust this business. I purchase from multiple businesses all the time repeatedly because I love to collect Sterling silver Jewelry but this was the only bad experience I've had. They don't care about you just your money and ripping you off by not holding accountability for their mistakes and also charging an outrageous fee to cancel even before your jewelry is on the bench. So now I'm left without a package and owe a stranger I hardly know the custom fees he paid to pick my package up.

Unethical, hide actual ship times

Bought a ring in September and the product description said 6 to 8 weeks production. Little did I know that they had, on their faq page, a post saying shipping time was 5+ months. I didn’t look at the faq because I saw the shipping time in the description. 4 months go by and I ask for a refund after getting multiple different excuses and then they don’t get back to me. so I opened a dispute in paypal. They then get back to me and tell me that the ring is nearly done do I want that or do I want a refund. So I cancel the paypal dispute. I say I just want a refund and only then do they tell me they’re keeping 25% ($80-$90) because I didn’t cancel within the first 24 hours. And you can’t reopen paypal disputes so I’m then out of luck there. So, I say fine, if you’re going to keep my money just send me the ring. They then sit on it saying they need to wait for the paypal dispute to be closed. I send them screenshots showing it as closed. We’re closing on six months and I’ve paid $350 and have no recourse..

Edit: it’s now April & still no ring.

Sub-Par Product, Poor Service

I recently purchased a piece of jewelry from this business. When it arrived, it was not as advertised. There should have been a small gemstone but instead there was a chip of some material filled over sloppily with resin. I contacted Omnia about this issue and was informed that there was no defect with the piece and that if I wanted them to take a look I would have to pay for shipping as well as any work I wanted done to correct their mistake. I contacted them several more times with no response. I paid over $300 for this piece of jewelry and did not get what I thought I was paying for, nor did I receive adequate service in the aftermath. Do not do business with them as they might leave you out a lot of money for a sub-par product.
