It was supposed to be a trial period. Was charged more than the advertised. Then further over charged 3 months later. Do not use. There are no humans available for telephone enquiries. Unless you want to continuously pay for a service you never receive- AVOID THEM!
Thank you Capres for hosting such an enjoyable session. I attended the beginners workshop in London, as it was my first time doing yoga. I was nervous as I’m not flexible but learnt that flexibility is only one part of yoga. Capres was gave great guidance and explanations, there were always adjustments for each pose. She is also a very friendly and professional instructor who creates a comfortable environment. I hope I’ll be able to join one of her retreats this year! Thank you again and see you soon.
