omnicharge offgrid power supply

Received a defective unit that would not charge using a wall outlet, contacted their support group and was told to send a video. I did so and did not hear back from them for two weeks and posted a notice to Indiegogo about their support and had a reply from them that they had contacted me asking to test out the car charging option. I then did that and sent the video of that to them and never received another reply from them again. I posted a complaint on Indiegogo and their response was to claim to Indiegogo that they had refunded my money when they had not. I found that out on June 15th when Indiegogo e-mailed me stating that Omnicharge had refunded my money so I no longer had access to the forum for that product. So basically, I was shipped a defective unit that they provided no real support for and they declined supporting the warranty for their product in their lack of action. And then after that lied about having refunded my money. I can say with all of this that they are at least guilty of fraud in claiming to have refunded my money and also not supporting their warranty contracts.

Great products but horrible customer service

I recently discovered the company and their products when going back to school shopping. I thought a big power bank with support for laptop charging would be great for both school and travel. I purchased the Omni 20+ Bundle if you were wondering. So far the product is holding up very nicely and there does not seem to be anything wrong with it. However, the real issue is the customer service and support. I am not sure when but they got rid of their customer service phone line, making the only way for contact through email. The issue is each time you send an email, an automated message will say "response within 48 hours." This was made significantly worse when my product was withheld by UPS (their carrier of choice) because Omnicharge did not pay the customs fees. I sent an email and luckily they responded within the 3 day limit for withholding shipments. I was actually forced to pay the fee before Omnicharge would "reimburse" me. They kept saying they were sorry but did not go out of their way to reimburse me further. Overall my experience with them went from terrific at purchase to utterly destroyed after dealing with customer service. I would recommend their products but they need to fix their company and especially their customer service.
