My experience was excellent. Uniforms, shoes and accessories arrived quickly. All items were true to size and very stylish.
If I could leave less than a star I would!! Absolute awful experience, I ordered a backpack for my daughter for cheerleading and thought it would be nice to have it customized with her name. It took almost two months to receive it which her season was over by the time I did. A week after placing my order and not hearing anything as much as a confirmation...I was told that since I did not log back into their website to re-enter the customization information (which was entered at time of order) they had not started my order. Frustrated I asked why they do that and why didnt anyone say anything, I was told it wasnt their job to inform me I needed to enter the info a 2nd time. So after I reentered it I called back and asked for an eta and was told about a month a half. At that point they refused to cancel the order because it was customized but refused to tell me if they actually started the bag and if it had been started why it took 6 weeks to write my daughters name (which was only 6 letters). All the agent wanted to do was repeat the terms and conditions over and over, refusing to answer any questions about my order and why it would take so long. If you choose to do business with this group.....good luck and be prepared to be highly disappointed.

This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced! I got my daughter a cheer uniform for Christmas. Ordered on November 13. We ordered based on the measurements on their website, but when we tried the uniform on after she opened her gifts & it was to small. I emailed asking if I could exchange for 1 size bigger and they refused because it was over 30 days. I asked if they would extend the 30 days because it was a Christmas gift and they refused.They weren’t willing to work with me at all! My daughter is so disappointed. Exchanging doesn’t cost them a dime! Absolutely ridiculous and the absolute worst to deal with. Such a waste of time and money. Thanks for ruining her Christmas gift.
All they keep doing is replying by sending me the return policy….. THAT IS NOT HELPFUL.
this was a Christmas gift, so 30 days isn’t enough time. Again, I used their size chart to measure my daughter and ordered based on their measurements. So their chart is faulty. This is something that has happened to many people if you check their reviews on their Facebook page. It isn’t specific to me. BEWARE & buy from a diff company.

We ordered not once but twice outfits for our daughter for cheer. That was back in August and September. We have yet to receive any items and have reached out several times with zero response. Over $400 ordered and nothing to show for it. We’re still hoping to get them. But at this point very dissapointed .

It has been over 2 weeks since I’ve placed my order and it still says still waiting to be processed for 2 weeks and 2 days. It also had 2 letters on it that shouldn't take this long to process or even get.
I’m not using this ever again from here.
I ordered two poms one was perfect the other defective I contacted Omni cheer about the issue and sent them photos and explained the issue and they said there was nothing wrong with it the issue was the strands of the Pom got stuck/stapled to the handle so it looks smaller/ less fluffy I had bought it to replace one that I had for 3 years and the old one look better and more fluffy I am very disappointed with there lack of customer service they said I could return it but 15 shipping charge is as much as a new Pom and there’s no guarantee the new one would be good

Delayed production and delivery time (7 weeks) unintentionally created way too much eager anticipation for our singular custom jacket.
But it is perfect, almost making up for the delay.
Now that it has arrived, the cost is very reasonable for the perfect, high quality customization.

Received order promptly. They were exactly what my daughters cheer coach wanted for her to have.
Customer service was excellent and on point. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of the items that I selected. CSR made sure I had my correct items and the amount needed.
I almost never write bad reviews but this was disappointing. Probably the worst customer service experience. I ordered a bag which was in stock and paid to have four letters monogrammed into it. After a month of not receiving I called and they said it was still two weeks from starting the embroidering process. Since the season was underway I asked them to just ship the in stock bag and not do the embroidery that wasn’t set to start for two more week. They said if they had made a mistake, they would be happy to do that but since they didn’t feel they made a mistake, I would need to wait the second month to receive my item as they were unwilling to not send it to embroidery two weeks from when I called. When I asked them where it said that the embroidery increased the ship time by six weeks, they said I should’ve read it in the FAQs before ordering. I, like many, don’t typically read FAQs as a customer unless something seems unusual and I have a question… I could not believe the lack of customer service with an item that was supposed to be a sweet gift for my girl. I asked for a call back from a manager, which, of course never happened. Absolute worst company I have had to work with for any sports things… Truly a bummer for which could’ve been a really sweet thing for my daughter, but unfortunately, she’ll only be able to use it for a couple weeks Due to the significant delays…
I think the reply below makes my point. While the shipping time is crazy (and not my actual complaint), they never addressed the customer service issue of me asking to cancel the embroidery that wasn’t being started for two more weeks or the way in which it was handled. Good customer service would have apologized for the experience and asked for feedback to improve their process. Hopefully there are better cheer companies others can find!

Ordered shoes for my daughter for cheer. They came and the sizing is very small so I need to return them. I've sent 2 emails to the customer service email with no response. Don't waste your money here. $70 for a pair of shoes that my daughter can't even wear.

Horrible!! I ordered customized backpacks for my team and I approved and finalized the order just to have them arrive with errors! Not the font or the color that we chose! They won’t correct their mistake or accept a return, they won’t provide us with any resolution other than “there’s nothing we can do as it is a customized item” well yeah, it’s a customized item that you did not customize correctly! They won’t even try to compensate us at least a little for all of the trouble and now I’m stuck having to give this to my team when it isn’t the right team color or font! I will never order from them again. Lesson learned.

There were issues with honoring the price when the PO was submitted versus the price when it was approved the next week; then, there was an issue with tax on the initial order and the amount of the PO could not include tax because of our tax-exempt status. The ordering process could be improved.
** Edit to clarify that a discount with a code was honored and applied to the second order when the initial sale price was not honored on the original PO/order - the sale was no longer available when the PO was approved and the order could be submitted. Before redoing the order, I did call to ask if the sale price could be given; when it could not, another order/PO was required and that order was successfully fulfilled.

An order for our cheer organization was placedin JULY, got the skirts and under shorts in but told certain sizes of shirts were on back order. It’s taken 8 weeks to get the tops in. Supervisors called and were given the run around, excuses and were hung up on several times. We were told “it’s our busy season”- well then get more staff to help if you can’t fill orders in a timely fashion! Our girls have cheered at FIVE games and a Festival with no cheer uniform tops. Totally ridiculous.

Service was fast and customer service helped me with an error I made in color selection. They really did an awesome job and kept our season from being messed up from the start.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company told us all items were in stock and would be finished in 4 weeks. It has been 8 weeks and we still have not gotten our order. We have been given multiple excuses and guaranteed finish dates only to call and be told “one more week”. Customer service is a joke. They do not return calls or emails like they say they will. Several of the people I have spoken to were extremely rude. It turns out they did not have our product in stock yet took our money. Over 6k to be exact. This is fraud. We will NEVER use this company again and highly suggest that you don’t!!!!!

I ordered uniforms for cheer season last fall and the order was incorrect. When I called back to have them fix it, I was helped by the “higher tier” representative. It was an absolute headache, but given that the higher tier rep was able to handle the situation, I felt it was resolved somewhat satisfactorily. This year, I placed my order according to the timeline on their website. Orders require 24-48 hours for processing and ship the next day. Given that our registrar did not close registration in a timely manner, I was on a time crunch. The first rep built the quote over the course of a 50 minute phone call. When I called back, 15 minutes later, to add one thing to the quote prior to paying, I was told that the quote had been deleted. I spent another 50 minutes rebuilding the order. I was told they would process by Thursday and ship on Friday. Allowing 3-5 days for shipping would get the h forms to us in time for distribution prior to games on Saturday. They did not ship when I was told and the shipping notification I received today puts them arriving too late for the first games. When I just called to ask why they did not ship when I was told they would, I was told that the website information shouldn’t be used to determine shipping times. This company’s customer service is awful, and their resolution process is non-existent.

Terrible. They took forever to send out my daughters stuff and then when I called them, they hung up on me. All I wanted was a ship day. It should’ve shipped three days prior and it never shipped. No one would respond back to me. No one would email me. No one would message me. No one would call me. And they have a no refund policy. That’s total bull crap they think they could just hang up on people, not respond to people and no refunds.

Our tops all came back too small, we have called 6 times to have this corrected, we asked to speak to a supervisor each time. It has happened 1 time out of 6. The other 5 times they put us on hold FOREVER, then after you wait all that time, they return to tell you there are no available supervisors please leave a call back number. THEY NEVER CALL BACK!! We are going on 4 weeks now to have these replaced. Every single time they have stepped to the side, and they do not care !!! I hope people look at these reviews before they purchase from omnicheer. I don’t think they will, but hopefully. Basically $3,000 down the drain.
