Scam Business | Beware.
January 2025 a large print and delivery order placed. The flyers were never distributed and the dispute 10 months later hasn't been resolved. Multiple emails around investigating and "positive outcomes" in terms of refund and have now stopped responding altogether. I wish I had seen the reviews on here prior to trusting them.

Our Company has used many Letterbox Distributors, all of them from time to time have issues with the Droppers.

We had one such problem, contacted the office via email and within 48 hours new Droppers arrived and got the job done.

I would use them again, because they fixed the issue quickly.

Do not trust them! They never collected flyers and won’t refund the money they took.

I did a delivery of leaflets to several suburbs for this company - I am owed around $ 1,600. I mapped the walks as requested and submitted via their website as instructed. About a week later received an email that there had been some error from 2021 and some contractors had been paid twice and some other rubbish - payment would be delayed. I did the work in October 2022, now April 2023 and still no payment - I know for a fact as I contacted the client, that they had paid in full for the job to be done - so Omni request full payment then get walkers to do the work then make up rubbish so they don't have to pay the walkers - they are a scam company - getting people to work for nothing. Many walkers not happy and many customers no happy. AVOID them at all costs.

Just to be clear, this is omniprint.store, a letterbox distribution and printing business based in Australia.

Not to be confused with similarly named businesses.

After taking our money for distributing way, way back in February 2022 and failing to do any distribution, they have not refunded us a single cent!

For over a year we have been trying to get our money back but all we get from this mob are excuses and failed promises of reimbursement.

We are out of pocket, out of patience and our campaign failed miserably.

Insult and injury.

After over a year of failed promises, all we are left with now is to leave unanswered messages with an answering service or write emails with no reply or automated reply received.
