I’ve been using the Eurus theme for a while now, and I’m very happy with the results I’ve achieved. The technical support has always been efficient and responsive, which is something I truly value.

I’ve been using the Eurus theme for nearly a year and I wouldn't recommend any other theme than this one. I ran into some JavaScript errors after experimenting with AI sections (whoops), and their team resolved everything quickly and efficiently.

The theme itself is packed with features, highly customisable, and they regularly release updates to keep everything smooth and modern. What really stands out is their responsiveness.
Any questions I've had have been resolved the same day.

I have been using the Eurus theme for over 3 years and I’m so incredibly happy with it. It has such a wide range of features and is very compatible. But the best part about using this theme is the truly incredible support they offer. They are quick to respond and quick to jump onto my site and resolve any issues or customising requests I have. I’d simply choose this theme all over again just for that. It is invaluable when making adjustment to your site especially if you’re not savvy with coding. Very grateful for the free help they provide.

I use Eurus theme for over 6 months now, it covers all my needs for a band merch shop, it is very flexible and customizeable and it is updated every one or two months and adapts all changes in shopify. But what is really exceptional: the support. whenever an issue occurs, even if it's caused by a thrid-party app. the staff helps immedaiatly and solves the issue within minutes... I'm just impressed... I can absolutley recommend Omnithemes to everyone who doesn't want trouble.

The theme Eurus has all imaginable features in one place. The support team are very sweet, quickly responsive, and EXTREMELY supportive.

Top of the line service, most themes don't interact and leave you wondering. Why do you follow the specs they give? yet they don't work. Not this theme! Help this all along the way. I don't know if they have 24/47 service but I think working in the middle of the night helps anytime we chat they're right there to help. 🌟 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

I couldn't be more pleased to have chosen the Eurus theme from Omni Themes for our Shopify store. Eurus looks AMAZING out of the box, but Andrew and the support team have been quick to respond and help with customization requests. Specifically, Andrew was super helpful with customizing the Omni Themes IG Feed app for us. The feed looks and functions just as we'd hoped, and Andrew and the team have been a pleasure to work with.

Eurus theme is good with a lots of useful snippets. User Support is prompt and really awesome.

've been using the Sense Premium Theme on Shopify, and I have to say it’s a game-changer for my store. The theme itself is incredibly robust, packed with features that give you endless customization options. It does take a little time to fully master, but that’s completely fine because Hank, from their customer service, is absolutely amazing!

He always responds within an hour during business hours, and if it’s urgent, he goes above and beyond to help out. Every time I’ve needed changes or adjustments, they’ve been taken care of on the same day! The theme also comes with great documentation that explains everything you need to know about setting up and running your website.

If you’re looking for a powerful theme with the best support team, this is the one for you. Highly recommended!
