The Omni computer chose a broken journey ticket, involving a change of trains, for a standard train journey from Birmingham to London.
Realising this was not convenient, I went to the UK train station in Oxford to change the ticket for an unbroken journey. They said only Omni could do this, however Omni did not offer a change or refund on my ticket. I then had to buy a new ticket from British Rail. Omni did not have a human contact to discuss this.Two weeks later Omni sent a robo-message to say sorry for the delay.
I tried to send back a hoodie that my grandson didn't really like , waited 2 weeks for a return label, never got one so sent it back on my own. Never got a refund so I'm out 70 some dollars plus 10 for Shipping. That was Oct. Of 2021. He liked the first hoodie I bought him from Omni.Kathy Lane Ar.
I am pretty conflicted on what rating to give this. On the one hand, the clothes are very high quality and they have many good designs. Conversely, it took about 5 months for my order to be shipped, despite them saying it should take at most 3 weeks. I don't even know if they're experiencing production issues right now as no indication of any problem was given to me, even after messaging them by e-mail multiple times.
On the whole, great products at a reasonable price, but don't rely on this brand if you expect quick delivery or are ordering something as a gift, unless you do it LONG in advance.
So I have ordered shirts from Omniwear for the first time recently, and I was super excited to get them, but sadly, they are still in processing. I ordered them back in mid march and it has been a full month and there has been no update on my order. It looks to be stuck in processing hell. I have emailed the company multiple times, but to little success. Not a single email back to help me figure out my order. This is the only place I can post my outrage as well as the company has zero social media.
I have ordered quite a few shirts, hoodies from omni. BUT on January 15, 2022 I ordered a shirt for my son for Valentine’s Day. My card was charged on Jan 18. On January 31 I checked order status and it said processing still. Like it still says today, February 15,2022. I emailed them on Feb. 1 as to where is my shirt. No response. Emailed them on Feb 4, no response. Emailed them on Feb. 8 no response. Just emailed them today Feb 15. Waiting for response . This is BS!!!!!!!!! Such a shame, I’ve spent a lot since 2018 on shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts cuz my son loves them. Man I’m irritated!!!
I've been trying to get ahold of them for a Christmas gift (shirt) that was never delivered, the tracking information had dates from almost 9 months prior, and made no sense. I've written a couple of emails, and still haven't heard back. I've given 1 star because it is one thing to have an error in packaging, or an item lost in transit...but to get no response at all from the company...Not Cool.

Amazing one-of-a-kind unique designs and super high-quality products. I bought my girlfriend the "constellation" design hoodie and she loved it! The checkout process was super easy, the hoodie arrived quickly and she was super happy with it for her birthday. I'll definitely buy from Omniwear again.
Bought a hoodie for my boyfriend's birthday, he absolutely loved it! Thankfully aha, such a good present, and shipping didn't take too long either - was worried it wouldn't arrive in time.

Ordered a t-shirt from OmniWear for an upcoming event, was worried colours might not be bright enough, but they were perfect! I know my friends will be jealous ahaha
I ordered 8 hoodies and sweatshirts. Shipping took a little longer than I thought so I emailed the support team, they explained each product is handmade which is cool! Quality is amazing, and my friends all said wow when I showed them!
