Good products but you need to have time

I order on Omocat 2 times and both times the order was large. 10 items in the first order and 20 items on the second order. The First order took 1 and a halve month to arrive. This was expected because i order when a big sale was there. The Shipping took long but was in the expected time frame (with is 2 to 10 weeks).
The Quality was wonderful and great! Merch obviously is expensiv, so the price is higher the normal clothes sadly.
The Second order came in 3 weeks which is very fast for international shipping! (In my Opinion)
The Quality was again great and nothing was damaged. In general i would say omocat makes great quality merch with ´great designs, which take sadly longer because of the smaller team (probably). If you have the time and the patience you will have great product at you hands!

took my money, never got what i'd ordered

charged me for a preorder seven months ahead of time (so i can't reverse the charge), then knowingly sent the order to the wrong address (i emailed them about it and they responded, but didn't change the address anyway) and refuse to correct this in any way

absolutely avoid this person, they have no respect for their customers and WILL just steal your money

absolutely horrendous

absolutely horrendous, arrogant owners. they know that they draw pretty stuff and now they're as lazy as it gets. they take their sweet, sweet time to send something (it took them 2 months to put 2 shirts for me in a package, then another 6 weeks until it arrived). customer support? HAHA yeah, if you have the luck of not getting ignored, they say something like "oh we can't help you, sowwy!" very cool, very support. garbage shop. don't give these people money, they don't deserve it

A good experience

Thankfully, I ordered a hoodie and it took almost three weeks to arrive, which is between the 2-6 weeks period they estimated. I knew at every moment where my package was and it reached my destination perfectly. My only complaints are the site's prices and that they didn't tell me that my order was coming, but that one's on the delivery business. All in all, I'm satisfied with the quality of the product too, so I can say that I don't regret buying.

Waste of money

I bought a pre order of the omori plush, that took over 6 months to arrive at first, with no communication at all, all as a plan for my brother, when we recieved it, we got a damaged, wet, ruined plush covered in some liquid, their customer service and quality is awful.

Omocat is the best, honest, dependable, and responds quickly when I have a question. Got my Kel and Basil plushies today and whoop whoop just as they advertised(even better then we expected) Love Love Love me some Omocat!

I discovered this site with the hololive goodies and one year after my first purchase the clothes have not moved, the colour is always as bright and the size remains unchanged (small defect the first wash some product bleed a little not to be mixed with white), just be careful with the size before ordering because the site puts the size S by default when you reload the page

Avoid at all costs.

Sends a hoodie that's 3 sizes too small, doesn't even match their size chart. When contacted, they throw up their hands, say 'some pieces are different' and tell me to ship it back to them, at -my- cost. Citing that they're a 'small company. Suuuure.

Don't EVER give these people your business, they don't care. They will not make good on -their- mistakes and will expect -you- to absorb he costs.

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Deception and denial. Do not give them a scrap of your money.

They sold my already paid for hoodie

I ordered a hoodie from OMOCAT on thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my little sister. They emailed me one time to let me know I needed to update my shipping address & they would “send it asap”, and I noticed about a week or two later & then updated it. Then about another week or so later I get an email about how the hoodie that I literally already paid for is now out of stock & they can’t send it, 2 days before Christmas btw. How is a hoodie I already paid for out of stock??? Don’t order from here because they obviously don’t know what they’re doing. Very disappointed and now I have to wait till after Christmas to get my sister a gift.

I order Aubrey Plushy for my daughter…

I order Aubrey Plushy for my daughter on Oct 14,2022. I paid it, they send me an email to confirm and said that my package will be delivered on 10/24/2022. Then, I received an email and tracking number from FedEx said it delivered on 10/23/2022 BUT I never received my package. I send 4 emails out sine 10/23/2022 but no one reply back to me. I called FedEx and they said that I have to contact the place I placed my order so they can take care of it. I’m kinda frustrated cause I have been in the costumer services for over 24 years and this is not the way you take care your customers. Now I’m nite worry after I read the review. Wish me luck, I’m going to wait one day before I make my final move. I will update to see when and how they handle my missing package.

Superb product, poor customer service

Honestly in terms of products and quality of those products I can't fault omocat in the slightest but if you have any issues with your order(which as an international buyer happens more frequently than i would like) don't expect anything useful from the customer service/support team at all, it unfortunately does feel like "once we have your money, we could not care less" with this company which just feels kinda iffy. As much as omo is an established brand in its own right I would say, I wouldn't say to the point were they just Just F the customer and hope for the best

Overrall good company, but certain merchandise pieces could be better

The delivery experience has been well, as well as the customer service. I dont reach out to them too much but if I have any questions, the response is relatively within the same or next day. The deliveries dont take too long, I dont order too much though, mainly 1-2 pieces, and im not too far away from where Omocat and company reside, not to the point where it would take a month or more for merch to get sent to me

My only critique is the upcharging/upselling of their merchandise. I have 2 hoodies from them and 1 tshirt, the tshirt is great quality for the price, so I can understand my value put into the Tshirt, at least knowing it can sustain me for a longer time. My bang dream collab hoodie is a very nice and soft material, I imagine since it was an 80% cotton, 20% polyester blend, it makes for a nice feel. My other hoodie I realized is a 50% cotton and 50% polyester, and being a consumer, I could also recognize this hoodie was a Gildan hoodie. My issue lies within upcharging a Gildan hoodie, where its maybe about 10-25 dollars to purchase it, and then proceeding to sell it for anywhere roughly between 60-100 dollars. Now I understand the higher prices is to sustain yourself as a company and for the workers, and the general environment (also to make a living), but I would much rather pay between these prices of 60-100 dollars for a higher quality hoodie. Im still keeping my 50/50 blend hoodie because i love the design on it, and its somewhat comfy (though, gildan cotton can be a bit rough), I just wish for Omocat and company to see this review and take it into critique. (again, im all for the price range of these pieces of clothing, just make the clothing pieces better quality and itll make sense for that price range)

good!

seeing the reviews on here anbd on other sites made me a bit nervous after having already ordered my omori merch. i was, however delightfully surprised at how quickly and high quality the orders came. i bought the dreamworld and faraway town photos as well as some pins, the quality is great. (the pins' cardboard got a bit bent, but i think thats because of the delivery people). i appreciate the cute "basil's memories" sticker omocat gave us to seal the set. my friend also ordered some merch, all came just fine for her as well. thanks omocat :))

Amazing looking merch, but is it worth it?

I've ordered around $300 worth of Omori merch at this point and shipping times are a hit or miss, sometimes they arrive on time or a bit late. The merch is pretty good but considering the price and shipping cost it's kind of not worth it. I've only washed the Release Energy shirt once, and I already see visible cracks on the art. You have to be extra careful and delicate when washing their clothing.

I never needed to contact them, but judging from other reviews it seems like their customer service is very negligible. Omocat really needs to improve on that.

Unresponsive Company, Awful Shipping

I placed an order with them and paid for the expedited shipping so that I would have it in time for a gift. The expedited shipping was a "guarantee" to arrive by a certain date. Well, the date rolled around and it still hadn't shipped yet. At this point, I needed the shipping address changed since it was past the point it was supposed to arrive at the original address. I emailed them to change the address and never received a response back. A month had passed and still no shipping confirmation, I emailed again asking for an update and refund on my expedited shipping, and still heard nothing. Finally, the item shipped months later, to the first shipping address (NOT the updated one I had asked for) with still no contact. I never received any compensation or refund from the false promised shipping or anything. This company is a sham and I refuse to ever purchase anything of theirs again.
