Very happy with service from OMS Tech. I dropped off laptop and received a certificate to confirm safe removal of data two days later. Pleased that the laptop or its components can be recycled.
Easy to drop off a laptop and several phones for recycling at the sustainability hub at UWE Bristol. All erased securely and an erasure certificate issued for the laptop. Great communication, I dropped the items leaving my email address and received a message 2 days later telling me that they had all been recycled! Great service and I'm very happy that my tech has been recycled.

I'd been wondering what to do about responsibly and securely disposing of an old laptop that was gathering dust in the attic. Found out about OMS Tech at the Sustainability Hub at UWE, so donated my old Dell laptop for seure recycling. A few days later I had an email confirmation re. my hard drive, so was pleased with the follow-up and glad that I could securely clear out my clutter without the laptop getting sent to landfill.
