Can I suggest that you display actual opening hours under the drop-down “visit”.

It is not at all clear other than you say open for events only in very small print at the bottom that doesn't even link across to events. This is very poor customer service and information as a result we turned up today and you were closed. we are Customer you have to treat us like idiots and as such display the information.

Fraud company,don't issue refund after order cancellation.Customsr support is useless .CHEAT AND FRAUD BIG TIME.AVOID BUYING FROM HERE

I purchased 2 products (neck pain relief wrap and stomach pain relief wrap) from Omved for a total of RS 2240/- via COD. I placed the order on May 15,2023 and received the order on May 19,2023. I had purchased it for my mother who is elderly and has severe osteoporosis. After I recieved the products I found that they were extremely heavy for her use and she was not able to bear the weight of the products to use them. I immediately initiated an email to them explaining the problem and as per their website they had stated it has to be within 24 hours that a return should be initiated. I recieved a message which did not Directly address my request instead it was a generic response cut and paste from their website.
I responded saying that I don't understand what they are telling me to which I recieved no response. I tried calling the phone number listed in their website yesterday but there was no response. I tried the phone number listed for their business on Trust Pilot but got a message that that number is invalid.
I tried calling the phone number listed in their website again today (20th May) and it said it is not longer in service.
I cannot help but feel their business practices are not honest. If they were genuine they would have understood the reason for my return and obliged me. I do not trust this company

Loved whatever I have used from Omved . Gentle on skin, smells wonderful and the effects last a long time in the day

I’ve ordered few products but the delivery didn’t happen and the delivery guy was telling all the cook up stories that the package is damaged and couldn’t deliver it, but the order contains soaps and how in earth can soaps get damaged, very much disappointed with the courier and didn’t get a chance to use your products and god must have an idea about the refund.

Good packaging. The eye pillow I ordered for does not even have a cover. Little disappointed about that.

Product not delivered yet but asking for feedback. Embarrassing

I had purchased the following four incense stick from Omved. Tube rose
,Vetiver, Ayurved and Cinnamon fragrances. Keeping in mind the price that i paid versus the extent of fragrance it was very very disappointing.Or may be my expectation was too high for these. I will not recommend this to any of my friends or relations. My comment is restricted only to the incense sticks alone and no other products of Omved

Pressing system not working

I have ordered soaps.no one come to my home for delivery and mentioned order was cancelled by customer . I felt very bad that after waiting for so many days order was cancelled and wrong information updated. I am not sure wether the problem with delivery person or some other reason.

This was my first experience to buy from omveda therapies......trust me it's really good but i was not able to track my order...😊product was also superb..🤗

It's okay but the result of the products take time to be reviewed.

THE QTY OMVED GIVEN FOR AGARBATTI 12 PCS FOR 100 RS THATS DISGUSTING AND IT DOSENT SMELL GRET AT ALL VERY POOR AND IIP BALM ASWELL WORST AND ITS TOO EXPENSIVE NOT VALUED AT ALL FOR YOUR MONEY AND TIME JUST AVOID IT PLZ ITS WORTH BRAN

Most terrible webshop ever, I am waiting on my order for a month now. They can 't even communicate on the reason why. I asked for my money back and they are ignoring it completely.
