The owner of the shop has been destroying local fences (with an angle grinder!) to make space for his scooter and then dumping the mess in my neighbours garden. When confronted he was extremely rude. Another neighbour has filed report for property damage. Also, very suspicious that he's using a angle grinder and passing up second hand bikes as new. I wonder if he's been stealing them.
Incredibly rude owner who treats other people like garbage, and seems to also happily damage other peoples property. Awful experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
Paid for a NEW bike...a second hand bike was received...damaged and faulty.....AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!!!
Purchase went more or less well, some delay. However, ~10months later I went in for service: a punctured front tire and a general yearly check up, specifically to check breaks ahead of the winter season when roads get more slippery in the traffic. Long story short, 0 effort once the product is sold, the staff do no care too much about service of the bike. I'm not going to write the whole long story hear mainly because I don't have the energy to relive the emptions, but essentially, customer service stuff is negligent, unprofessional and just seems they don't care too much. My breaks still seem to not have been paid any attention to and since then I've had some semi-serious situations in the traffic already as the roads in the morning are more slippery now. Currently looking if I can find a different escooter shop to go to. If not, I'm afraid I have to return.
I went two times, the first time I was not sure and the guy that was helping me choose told me to come back next week so I could find a better product which fit better to me, love it. Incredible attention

Just avoid and do not waste your time. Ineficient, unable to deliver/ sell you anything,

They will tell you, that you must understand
Well understand this, for me, it my money and you are not having it
just bought from company wanting to sell
