I love these books
I love these books, I have ordered another one since this order. However the final photo on our wedding book was missing.. it was there in the app and the title page printed but it was just the final photo missing, I’ll print it separately I think and put it in like an album 🫠
Once upon customer service were amazing to deal with and have helped fix the error. Amazing books, I love them!

The item order was on time and good presentation. Unfortunately, the. Packaging was inadequate as the album was damaged in transit.
Once upon agreed to replace the item or an offer to accept a reduction on my next purchase.

Easy to use app - it does most of the work for you!
Easy to use app, super fast delivery and excellent customer support. I ordered 3 books, one of which was 240 pages - a record of 2025 in photos. So great to have photos on paper rather than a phone screen and a book to leave on the coffee table for others to enjoy.
