I bought a pair of this brand for trail running, i went for a walk in them and slipped and broke my ankle. I then put the shoes away for a bit, after a year or so i then thought i would give it anothego, then a whole peace of my shoe came off. Im extremely dissappointed.

On Cloud scamming website

Please be aware of this fraudulent website posing as local Cape Town company selling On Cloud shoes. I realized it was a scam when I saw the transaction was from Beijing. Phone your bank, report the fraud and stop your card immediately.

Cloud-Cape Town shoes are a SCAM!!!

This company claims to be a Cape Town-based business that sells orthopaedic shoes. What you in fact receive is a cheap pair of plastic (strong plastic smelling) shoes that you can get for R50 at your nearest China Market. There is nothing orthopaedic about these shoes. They come from China and so you are unable to return them and receive a refund. This is not a South African business, it is Chinese and it is a very clever SCAM!!! They also have a website called CAPETOWNSHOES and SummerCape. Those are just the two I know about. Please beware and spread the word.

Ordered a pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes. Tracking number took me till SA post office. They keep saying its in customs. The supplier does not reply to mails or has no telephone number. They are masquerading as a company in South Africa (Cape Town) but are actually operating through China. Don't order from them. SA should block their website:-(

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED......AND ANGRY

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED......AND ANGRY. ordered from CLOUD-CAPETOWN - when i received my tracking i checked and the shoes come from China, sent an email and Hannah replied saying that it was because they had no stock and was pulling from warehouse in China. Had i known that i was dealing with a CHINESE COMANY i would not have placed an order of R1498.00 as i knew i would be wasting my money because there is no ways that you get anything of Quality from China. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE and these are definitely not health shoes. Placed order on 13/05/2022 and received 01/06/2022, the shoes were packed in a plastic packet, partly torn and the contents were not much better. I ordered the Arla black sandals which showed them having a grey sole, the ones i received were black with white soles, the sole was damaged and the strap is far too short to fasten. The sneakers were no better, stitches coming loose, threads hanging, glue showing where the plastic was glued to the upper. I sent an email this morning asking for them to arrange a return and refund and no acknowledgement as yet. Placed a comment on their facebook page and it was almost instantly removed. I really feel that this company should be reported for False Advertising.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not order from them. They are not a distributor of On shoes. Check the social media links and the name of the account they want you to pay into. Also carefully read their shipping terms. It talks about ear piercings!!!
