A bit thin, much thinner that the classic ones. Probably 2mm thick which is not bad, but the original stuff is probably 5mm.

I think the company needs to improve their communication channels, unfortunately I only recieved half of my order (ordered 2 sets of knives but only got 1). I emailed but the emails bounced back so then I used the chat function on the website but didn’t get a reply. The delivery and everything else was fast but just frustrating about communication as I am trying to get a refund for a product that didn’t arrive but having no luck.

I recently placed an order with you (Order #7636), and I had a very confusing and disappointing experience with your customer service and delivery tracking.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that my order had not yet been dispatched, that there was no tracking information available, and that even on their system screen there was no delivery date showing.

However, only about 10 minutes later, I checked again and suddenly the order status showed as “Delivered.” This inconsistency made me feel that your customer service team does not have reliable access to the actual system status, and it left me uncertain and frustrated.

On top of that, I did not receive my order — nothing was delivered to me or left at my door, despite the tracking update.

I believe this experience highlights serious issues in your customer service training and system transparency. I would appreciate if you could review this matter carefully and ensure that customers in the future receive clear, accurate, and timely information about their orders.

Got sent the complete opposite to what I ordered and paid for ! Still waiting a reply from their customer service team or to the email I sent them ! Do not use this website , basically just lost my money !
