Use with caution!!!!
I did an order for tiles for 2 ensuite bathrooms. I ran out of tiles (12 short) and put in a new order. A month later tiles hadnt arrived. Emailed to be told we will refund you as we dont do small orders. I advised that I was ordering minimum amount 1m2 as I had run out of tiles to finish my job. Their website advises that they will do small orders if that is the case. Then told I would have to pay more for shipping. I already paid 50% of the order value a 105€ for shipping. They said they were worried about breakage. Original tiles didnt come with any protection between the tiles (in UK they use a soft silicon between each tile to avoid chips and breakage). In the large order there was breakage and chipping so I was happy if they were going to do a better job of packing to pay more. Paid an additional 20 for packaging. Then I was advised that the tiles I needed were out of stock. After waiting a month I had to pay more, follow them up, beg them to send them and then told that half of the order could not be fulfilled. Not great....
I am still waiting on their response to reimburse me for the items not shipped, for the shipping costs not used and a date for when the delivery will arrive.
I don't have a month to wait for things to come through. I have another 5 bathrooms to do and will really need to think about who I use for tiles in the future. Very disappointing!
